You pointed out exactly what most are missing, "enhancement" of physical appearance isn't the real problem. There's a big market for "beauty" out there and I think it's one of the culprits to why many tend to think there is a standard beautiful body or so.

I think we set the standard! I mean, whoever I measure myself against in terms of beauty is very unlikely to be whoever you measure yourself up against and so on. It's astounding that, since it's us deciding anyway, we refuse to be kinder to ourselves.
