On this day there was supposed to be sanitation base on monthly regulations of the government. Unfortunately the information that it won't be holding didn't get to people on time. I entered the heart of the town and noticed people didn't come out to do their business as usual or maybe because some took their children for exams(the utme), the reason why the sanitation was cancelled for the day.
This pictures were captured while on walk from street to street as people were carrying their luggage because means of transportation was difficult.
