LOH #170 || GIVE NO ROOM FOR NEGATIVITIES

Life has so many things that makes one to face difficult times and most of these things can't even be avoided, you just have to think of a way around it or let it break you. When challenges comes, it takes a healthy mind to make the best of choice at that point in time because most of the things that comes to one's mind is thoughts of giving up.

In a time of difficulties, there are a few things I try to do to keep myself in check and I think those things can also help you too...

➡️ Meditation - The first thing that comes to mind is looking for a quiet place to meditate on myself and also reflect on my actions. Whenever I'm facing a difficult time, I just feel going to a quiet place will help me because that way I will be able to get to listen to my thoughts and myself easily.

➡️ Listen to Good music - Some already know how much I love music so this point won't be new at all. I do love listening to not just any kind of music but good music especially the one that relates so much with my situation at that moment. Music to me is a mood improver and it definitely helps me develop self control in difficult moments.

➡️ Study the word of God - I didn't add this as the first because it's not the first thing I do but then it always helps, I just sadly never consider it until a very very difficult moment emerges. The word of God is something that holds the power to help us overcome any kind of difficult moment as long as we can just study it. Thanks to God's words, we are no longer surprised when we have difficulties because we know they are bound to come.

➡️ Take a walk - Getting my legs engaged works most of the time. By walking I get to see more reasons to be so grateful even for the difficulties that I'm going through. There are so many people out there who are going through even worst situations than I think I'm going through so seeing them just give me more reasons to be thankful and also give me the strength to think of a way out of my predicament.

There are definitely other ways like talking to someone, going for shopping, getting some rest and doing so many other things to take one's mind off those difficult situations. At a time like that, the last thing I don't ever wish to do is giving up on myself and that means not giving room for any negativity. Our minds is a very strong magnet to our thoughts and that's why what we think I what become.

Difficulties would be so we have to keep our minds prepared for it with every form of positivity as we can so those difficult situations don't get the best of us. Thanks to the Ladies of hive weekly topic, I get to share this with you 🥰.

Firstly, what happened to your hair in the first image 😂.

Being humans comes with a lot of challenges and we tend to fight different battles every day just to survive. All this hurdles of life tends to come with a lot of pressure which can weigh heavily on our minds. the only way to get rid of the negative energy that comes with this struggles is definitely meditation.

Though, listening to music, taking a walk, reading the word of God is also considered a type of meditation for some people because sometimes when I'm stressed mentally, I either listen to music or go for a walk.

You are right, challenges, difficulties, struggles, problems or whatever we call them, come to our lives at one point or another and we respond or react to them differently. It's so nice that you have a set of activities to help you get through them. ❤

That's right, with every difficult comes a unique solution and we get to learn from every one of them. And yes I do have different activities to help me because I want to be happy all the time if possible 🥰
