My favorite vegetable is squash. I found it so delicious. It also has antioxidants that would help me reduce cell damage. It also reduces the chances of having cancer, based on studies. I also needed it because I have an eye problem and cannot see clearly.

Since I have food intolerances, I easily get constipation or diarrhea. So I prefer veggies rich in fiber... Green leafy vegetables like spinach, bokchoy, lettuce, and others. But in the Philippines, I like eating mongo with string beans or bittermelon 😊
