When I saw this this HivePh community post of a contest about independence, this is the song I thought of "Heal The World". Which is the original song of the late Michael Jackson who is everyone's idol. I dedicate this song on 'Independence Day' not only here in our country but all over the world.

That is what this song signifies to me. I tried to pick one theme for this song. But the more I kept reading and singing the lyrics, the more it felt that one theme wasn't enough to embody what this song symbolizes to me.

Bilang isang mag-aaral ay mayroon din akong ibang mga awitin na naitala para sa aking mga aktibidad sa paaralan,at para upakita po kung paano ko pinahalagahan ang ating kalayaan sa iba't ibang paraan bukod sa pag-awit, sa pagsali sa mga aktibidad sa kultura at katutubong sayaw sa paaralan, o sa mga video sa bahay dahil nasa blended learning pa rin tayo. Pinakamabuting isabuhay ang ating kalayaan at bigyang importansya ang ating mga kultura.

The song's lyrics, which call for peace and unity and encouraging listeners to dance together while holding hands and singing "Kapayapaan" (Peace) out loud, were both beautiful. It highlights the fact that despite our differences in our origins, experiences and culture, we share the same world and ought to work for peace. It is everyone's responsibility to work toward bringing about that world peace despite the differences. I particularly like how the song ends, reiterating that the world will eventually get united as one no matter how divided we might be if we join together as one.
