Let's make a quick and delicious banana piyos, suitable for tea time.

Hello dear hive friends,

Good evening to all hive friends, how are you? As it was an evening spent on vacation yesterday, I was thinking about what to make for afternoon tea time. I watched YouTube and found a delicious dish. Since there is no one at home on weekdays, after finishing the work in the garden, I either watch TV or read a book. So, I decided to prepare this delicious sweet with the few ingredients I had at home – "Banana piyos". It didn't take much time to prepare. Let's see how to make it.

🌺 A ripe banana or two.
🌺 Salt to taste.
🌺 2 tablespoons of Sugar.
🌺 1 cup of wheat flour.
🌺 1 teaspoons of corn flour .
🌺 Coconut oil 300 ml.

1 step.

First, take a well-ripened banana and mash it with the help of a spoon or fork.

2 step.

Next, add sugar to the mashed bananas and stir well.

3 step.

Then add wheat flour and to it. Then stir it well.

4 step.

Then add a little salt and corn flour to it and make it into a liquid dough that can be taken with a spoon. As in the following images.

5 step.

Then take a vessel and put oil in it and let it heat on low flame. Add two tablespoons of the mashed banana pulp to the oil as shown in the pictures below and fry until golden.

Now, these delicious teatime snacks are endless. They can be prepared at a low cost and in less time. Additionally, they are highly nutritious. This is another new dish I found while searching for new passions. See you again with something new.

Thank you &reading.

Have a Great Day.

"Piyos". I like the word 😁 Banana adds a special sweet flavor that is always nice to accompany tea or coffee. Right now it's raining over here, and I'd like to have some piyos to munch on 😌❤️
