It was a Poetry Night-kinda thing
Pre-pandemic, I am an avid open mic goer! Whether as a performer or an audience, I really enjoy attending events like that. But of course, when the world shut down, so as the in-person events.
And now that the world has opened up again, these events are slowly coming back, too, which I am very excited about!
Last Feb 17, my friend and I attended a poetry night event hosted by spoken word artists from different "groups!" When I first learned about it, I felt so kilig, and I told myself that I cannot not go. Haha
I am very inspired by these artists, and they make me miss writing again!
I am pretty sure that this is not the last, and I look forward to attending more and more poetry night events this year.
