MY FAVORITE AGE SO FAR

Hello hivers, trust the day is/was good. As usual, the #hiveghana community contest is up with mind blowing and thought provoking questions. My pick for today is one I have never thought off, I never figured having a favorite age or a particular age that I prefer so much.

The truth is, I don't think I am there yet, I do not have a favorite age yet maybe in the future but that does not go to mean that I don't have an age I appreciate so much. But, for the sake of this prompt I will choose the age 24. There was a lot of adventures and freedom for me then, I did alot and experienced a lot, love, travellings, friends, hangouts, seminars, holding a position, serving my country and getting new stuffs.

I remember that was when I got to serve my country Nigeria and went for the 3weeks NYSC compulsory Training. I got to meet people, participate in games especially volley ball although my team did not win but I am glad I was not idle. I enjoyed all the fun activities and even made new friends. After then we were posted to our places of primary assignments, I taught English language and religious knowledge and this was my first time teaching.

I engaged in activities both at church level and individually. I even became the secretary for my organization. I was given an award of excellence for carrying out a unique job at the end of my tenure.

That year, I remember going to the beach as part of a 3days corpers retreat, we ate, drant, played games and had fun, I could enter the water because I can swim. I also fell in love and it was beautiful.

But to me, I believe there is more to come with greater achievements, so I look forward to that sacred age
