AN INTERVIEW WITH A GYNECOLOGIST WOULD INCREASE MY KNOWLEDGE ON A WOMANS ANATOMY

Hello hivers, it's another new year to start up with the #hiveghana community prompt ideas.they really came through with topics that kept us active throughout last year. This,it's a fresh week and the prompt is quite relatable as it allows you give your personal perspective on the issue. So what If I happen to have my own talk show, who would I like to interview? Why them? And what would I ask them on the show.

Well, although I have no particular person in mind but I would to interview a well trained and well versed gynecologist on the issues concerning the women's anatomy. As we are all aware,the rate at which the body changes is so different from what our forefathers experienced when all they had were purely organic foods,with no chemicals and all for preservation.but these day we have more foods that are created that tamper with our hormones and end up disrupting their functions. If a hormone is too high,it inhibits the growth of cancer or tumors, if it's too low,it inhibits infertility and so on.

To make matters worse,women are always at the forefront of these calamities. For instance, this benign tumor called fibroid or PCOS and stuff were only found in women of 30 to 35 years or late reproductive age. But in our contemporary society,we see young girls of 22 ,25,28 been symptomatic to these infirmities because of products circulating. Now we hear diagnosis saying ,its because of wrong dieting and use of endocrine disruptors ,not having children early and so many more .

Hence,if I could interview a person on my show it would be a gynecologist because I believe women want to know what and why these changes happen to the body.why some symptoms are more severe than other people with the same issue. This are very serious issues. So my questions to the gynecologist would be;

My first question would definitely be about the means one can adhere to that would make the body system healthy to ward off diseases and in turn boost the immune system. As we have come to realize that, it is what we feed the body with that ends up destroying or repairing the body system. How can one maintain a healthy diet because in my country,things are so expensive that even some foreign fruits and vegetables that we cannot find in the market ,the prices are way overboard. Hence,we would like an indepth interview on what to and what not to do.

Another question I would love to ask is, how the alarming rate of infertility in both men and women can be avoided or curtailed. As we are all aware there are various causes of infertility,these can be due to fibroids,PCOS,sexually transmitted disease,endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, alcohol, infection, adenomyosis, abnormal menstruation,ovarian cysts and so on.i would definitely like to know if there are cures or ways to prevent them.

In general,all I want to know is to be educated more on how the woman's body can fight back to ward of these infirmities that can be life threatening at times

Thanks for stopping by my blog...

The first step to solving any problem or even preventing it in the first step is knowledge. A talk show with a gynecologist will definitely provide such knowledge to you and the people who will watch the show on how to better take care of their body and prevent life threatening diseases

This is a great topic
there’s very little education on female reproductive related stuff, I didn’t even know about PCOS until some weeks ago
This is great.

It is only obvious that with your visit to the gyne your knowledge about the human anatomy would increase, but be on guard because going in too deep could not be so fun anymore, the more you learn the more you... well i dunno how to put it but you get it
