Coffee and lots of music? Sounds like my kind of place 😁

Sharing music is always fun. (though my playlists tend to confuse and/or scare the few people I know) I usually find that just listening by yourself tends to be more satisfying, especially if you are in the habit of singing (and dancing) along at times. But maybe that's just me.

It looks awesome, I can imagine you had lots of great times (and probably interesting stories) there! πŸ˜€ I why you wouldn't want to give up that lifestyle, but it would be pretty cool to give the coffee bar another go. Nice to have the option either way.

Yup lots of super strong coffee and a wide variety of music!

Ha! I bet mine scares and/or confuses folks too! Some of that of course is by design especially once I got into putting a lot of samples in it and got into mashups.

I tend to just bob my head a lot (and do some air guitar) but there was a time that I enjoyed dancing along as well. Listening to it by myself is assuredly my preference since there is no anxiety involved that way.

Oh the stories! There are many but I generally let others tell them. It was an adults only event... so to say that things got 'spicy' and 'interesting' would be an understatement!

When I was younger I attended most parties like anyone else would but that did not last long and I quickly found myself taking on responsibilities to help others have the kind of experiences that had helped me grow as a person.

It was really weird for me (with that particular festival) because most of the events, parties and festivals that I attended I either worked the door (I was even a doorman at a bar/art gallery for five years) or I worked the gate or did security. So when I did the coffee bar I really cut loose given how different the role was.

I could write a novel (or many) on why I changed that aspect of my life but it essentially came down to wanting to focus on my homesteading goals more. I used to answer the question of why I changed course as: I always felt that I was driving in the right direction... but I was unfortunately driving in the wrong lane.

Haha well let them be confused and scared if they can't handle it! 🀣

Yeah can understand that, I won't sing or dance around other people at all. Too awkward. (Unless I've had too much whiskey, but that almost never happens anymore)

Someday, when I'm not half asleep... I'm going to ask about those stories!
It sounds like you've had a pretty interesting life so far, tried and seen many things, would love to do any kind of job in or around an art gallery.

That's a pretty cool way of thinking about things. I don't believe in stuff and things or anything like that, but I do feel like somehow all the changes we make and wherever we end up is where we need to be to get where we are going, so there's that!
If that even makes sense, I should probably consider shutting up and trying to do the sleep thing somehow.πŸ˜…
