Feathered Friends - Show Me A Photo Contest Round

Theme of this feathered friends competition is free! Like, free as a bird! now I want to find a bird picture that really is like the theme! Flying seems to be a pretty nice feeling of freedom!
So I was looking for a picture of a flying bird! Like these two beauty's!

It was a nice morning were is was driving around the Dutch polder landscape to see if there were some rare birds flying around! In the distance I saw the pigeon flying towards me and I immediately pointed my camera to the fence!

When I started clicking my camera, I saw something appearing from behind the fence!! It was a small wagtail! They were aiming for the same spot to take a rest!

I am not sure if they were flying in together but they do to look like friends how they sit together like this!

This would have been a nice picture if the theme was together or something like that!

Aww, it is so nice to have two different birds together. By the way I haven't used such challenge - Together. I think it will be a nice one for the next week.
