Congratulations to the last winners from the @hive.pizza community monthly newbie retention contest. For those who don't know the contest is organized at @hivetrending account and he delegates 500 hp for Hive newbies with an account not older than 6 months and with a HP less than 500. He delegates 500 HP to this person and also to the person who refers this newbie, so what you are missing? You can find more information about it in here . My last candidate probably didn't get the delegation since she is doing so well that even being a newbie she was reaching the 500 HP threshold very fast, actually, she already reached 500 HP even before her 6 months of activity right now. It was fair enough that she didn't get this delegation since it is focused on people who need these 500 HP. For my next nominee finally I decided to choose someone who for now didn't get any help at all, I found some interesting candidates but they had at least a couple of HP receiving from some other projects. I was lucky to find this user still in the Americas. She has only organic 31 HP and in Hive since December 2023. Let's welcome @lia.bvzz.

Meu último candidato provavelmente não recebeu a delegação, pois está se saindo tão bem que, mesmo sendo um novato, ela estava alcançando rapidamente o limite de 500 HP. Lia is a young woman from Cuba, she detailed her life in her introduction in here . She is a nature lover and now studying to be a specialist in teeth prosthesis mostly because her father got sick and she needs to stay closer to her family. One thing that I found interesting is how she loves the Nirvana band, despite being born after the 2000's. Nirvana was a band that had its peak in the early 90's which ended with the sudden death of Kurt Cobain. It was an important band during my teens and I was shocked by Kurt's death. So it is cool to see young kids get in touch with a band that didn't exist anymore after their birth. In her blog you can also find some beautiful places that she visited in her country, like in this post , she shows this beautiful place called "Puerto Escondido" or "hidden port". Also, she showed a few her culinary skills making "arepas" . It is interesting because it is a bit different from the arepas that I know from South America, it is more similar to the North American pancakes that we eat in the breakfast. Lia é uma jovem mulher de Cuba, ela detalhou sua vida em sua introdução em aqui. Ela é amante da natureza e atualmente está estudando para se especializar em próteses dentárias principalmente porque seu pai ficou doente e ela precisa ficar mais perto de sua família. Uma coisa que achei interessante é como ela ama a banda Nirvana, apesar de ter nascido após os anos 2000. Nirvana foi uma banda que teve seu auge no início dos anos 90, que terminou com a morte repentina de Kurt Cobain. Foi uma banda importante durante minha adolescência e fiquei chocado com a morte de Kurt. Então é legal ver jovens entrando em contato com uma banda que não existia mais depois de seu nascimento.
