One thing we humans fail to realize sometimes is that "our body is not fire-wood", this is an African proverb, more entertaining to the ear when it is spoken in pidgin language, not to bore you much, what that simply means is that after some work time, especially if you work Monday through to Friday, always make sure to treat yourself to a form of relaxing activities, and as an adult, what better way can you unwind if not over a cold bottle of beer, plus hot peppered chicken or catfish soup to go alongside, and if the weather is cold, probably a rainy weekend, that's a plus.

I'm one of those workaholics who hardly have the time for myself, it is always work!!! either attending to business or taking care of the family, it takes my husband to remind me that I need a break sometimes, especially the weekend, to make the best of the weekend, I take the children to grandma's house and my hubby and myself look for a cool bar spot to unwind.

This weekend, hubby is on a trip and my brother-in-law took the honours of taking me out for a drink, after ordering his, a dark bitter taste Monster beer that he claims helps regularize his blood sugar and also keeps him super active, according to him, was more of a manly drink, my taste bud rather prefers the almost sweetened taste beer known as Smirnnoff,

the first time I took this drink, I neglected the alcohol percentage because I felt it was sweet and wouldn't be as strong as other beers, so I finished 2 bottles and was heading for the third when hubby told me to calm down and check my steps first, I did, my steps felt cool and I became overly excited, and that was when I knew my limit was two bottles, to make me soberer, I took it out on the dance floor, to be frank, I wanted a taste of the third bottle, but my loving husband knew me more than myself and wouldn't let me, I'm here again, even though my inlaw won't be as bossy as my husband letting me have my fill, I'm already used to hubby's instruction of just two bottles,even when he is not around at the moment, I'm unwinding and sticking to 2 bottles of Smirnoff, Glory got this.
