Greetings, people of @splinterlands, as every week I bring my entry to the art contest proposed by this community, so I have illustrated the character of one of the cards; CHARLOK MINOTAUR a muscular character, warrior and fiery. My version is very similar to that of the card, of course I put my personal touch and of course this one has a different position to the original creature.

Saludos, gente de @splinterlands, como cada semana traigo mi entrada al concurso de arte que propone esta comunidad, así que he ilustrado al personaje de una de las cartas; CHARLOK MINOTAUR un personaje musculoso, guerrero y ardiente. Mi versión es muy similar a la de la carta, claro que coloque mi toque personal y por supuesto este posee una posición diferente a la criatura original.

The sketch was really easy to work on, since I love to draw muscular bodies, because I find them fun, besides I used only curved strokes to be able to form that fleshy and marked part of the body, in what I had a little difficulty was in the face given the expression it has. As for the colors, I chose tones that are close to what the fire, the burning and the heat that represents the character, then I applied the filters to generate more volume and some shadows to the drawing, then I duplicated some areas of the illustration to place the fire, the last thing was to incorporate a green background which degrade.

El boceto fue realmente sencillo de trabajar, ya que me encanta trazar cuerpos musculosos, porque me parecen divertidos, además que use solo trazos curvos para poder formar esa parte carnosa y marcada del cuerpo, en lo que si tuve un poco de dificultad fue en la cara dada la expresión que posee. En cuanto a los colores, elegí tonos que se acerquen a lo que el fuego, lo ardiente y ese calor al que representa el personaje, luego aplique los filtros para generarle más volumen y algunas sombras al dibujo, posteriormente duplique algunas zonas de la ilustración para colocarle el fuego, lo último fue incorporar un fondo de color verde el cual degrade.
