I might have heard this somewhere before but this is the first I can remember and the message is indeed powerful. Everyone is capable of feeling really and it's beautiful when we can express it.

We are all capable of feeling and feeling doesn't make us weak, it makes us human. Emotions seep through our veins and our hearts. It's okay to feel even if it's a lost love or a present love.
