Amigos de hivefood feliz sábado me emociona mucho subir post y compartir experiencias culinarias con ustedes.

Hoy es sábado de sopa , sopita de panza o mondongo como lo quieran llamar, fui a la verdureria que me queda cerca y no encontré muchas verduras para agregarle a mi sopa .

Así que les muestro el paso a paso de mi delicioso almuerzo

Today is soup Saturday, belly soup or tripe whatever you want to call it, I went to the vegetable store near me and I didn't find many vegetables to add to my soup.

So I show you the step by step of my delicious lunch

Iniciamos lavando bien nuestra panza con vinagre y limón

We start by washing our belly well with vinegar and lemon

Cuando esté bien lavado lo picamos en cuadritos

When it is well washed, we chop it into squares

En una olla agregamos agua, sal y un poco de perejil. Cuando el agua este hirviendo colocamos los trozos de panza

In a pot we add water, salt and a little parsley. When the water is boiling, place the pieces of belly

Mientras la panza se cocina , vamos a picar todos los vegetales y verduras que se van a utilizar.

While the belly is cooking, we are going to chop all the vegetables that are going to be used.

Agarramos media cebolla y medio pimentón y los picamos en cuadritos

We take half an onion and half a paprika and chop them into squares

Unas ramas de cebollín y cortamos

Some branches of chives and we cut

Pelamos una zanahoria y la picamos en pedazos

We peel a carrot and chop it into pieces

Agarramos cuatro papas y una batata las pelamos y cortamos en trozos

We take four potatoes and a sweet potato, peel them and cut them into pieces.

Igual hacemos con la auyama , está en trocitos pequeños para que se deshaga y produzca espesor en nuestra sopa

We do the same with the pumpkin, it is in small pieces so that it breaks down and produces thickness in our soup.

El maíz o choclo tambien lo picamos en trozos y reservamos

We also chop the corn or corn into pieces and reserve.

Y así tenemos todos los vegetales y verduras listos para agarrar a nuestra sopa

And so we have all the vegetables and greens ready to grab for our soup.

Cuando la panza este flojita. Bajamos del fuego.
La olla donde vamos a hacer la sopa
La montamos a fuego medio y agregamos un poco de aceite

When the belly is loose. We come down from the fire.
The pot where we are going to make the soup
We assemble it over medium heat and add a little oil.

Pelamos dos dientes de ajo y rallo con mi mejor amigo de la cocina jeje el mini rallito

We peel two cloves of garlic and grate with my best friend in the kitchen hehe the mini grate

Agregamos el ajo en la olla a sofríe , después la cebolla ,pimentón y cebollín

We add the garlic to the pot to sauté, then the onion, paprika and chives.

Cuando estén sofritos agregamos la auyama , papá , zanahoria , la batata mover bien

When they are sautéed, add the pumpkin, papa, carrot, and sweet potato, stir well.

Colocar sal paprika cúrcuma y colocar la panza , mover hasta integrar todos los ingredientes

Add paprika, turmeric salt and place the belly, move until all the ingredients are integrated.

Y echar agua abundante agua y el maíz

Cuando empieza a hervir le colocamos un toque más de sal y dos cucharadas de azúcar
