SMASh 291 - Shadows In Nature
Greetings SMAShers. Round 291 of this wonderful challenge, the Show Me A Shadow or SMASh Contest, is now ongoing. Hosted by the tireless @melinda010100, the contest post and rules can be found here.
My daughter artist-turned-SMASher had a good Shadow hunting day last month when she visited Tagum City, a place about 50 miles from Davao City where we live. Up in the mountain tracks of a place called King's Ridge, a nature park, she and her boyfriend went trekking. It was a sunny day and she remembered to do some shadow photos. Here's a bird's eye view of the place, with the walkway to the edge of the mountain as one of the main attractions of the park.
Hiking along the trail, she and her beau took the time to shoot some shadows for the SMASh contest.
For this Round my entry is the last photo.
All for now. Hurrying up to meet the contest deadline. Hope this makes it in time. Perhaps in another post I can write more about this mountain park that really makes you feel one with nature. Stay safe everyone. Best of luck to all participants.
What a beautiful place to go for a hike. I am so glad that she thinks of us and takes these wonderful Shadow photos.
