Una noche de pizzas 🍕[Es-En]

La semana pasada se graduó mi prima la la universidad. Para celebrar decidimos hacerle un pizza con lo que teníamos a mano.

Por lo general, en mi familia siempre que hay este tipo de costumbre, dónde organizamos eventos cocinamos en familia.

Es así dónde se nos ocurrió hacerle una pizza con cosas sencillas

ingredientes que usamos fueron:
Harina: 250 gramos

Una pisca de levadura

Sal: 10 gramos

Agua( la necesaria para hacer bien la masa)

Tomates

La salsa

Lo primero que hicimos fue adelantar la salsa de tomate. Para esto utilizamos tomates bien maduros y en una batidora los licuamos para después el líquido ponerlo a hervir en una olla hasta que estuviera espeso.
Para todo este proceso utilizamos 8 tomates.

Crear la masa

Para la masa de la pizza añadimos la harina a un tazón y le fuimos echando poco a poco agua. Esta parte fué un poco difícil, porque no sabíamos que cantidad exacta llevaba toda la harina que echamos. Por ese motivo íbamos agregando poco a poco el agua hasta buscar la masa ideal para nosotros

Montar la pizza.

Luego cuando la masa estaba lista le agregamos la salsa, el queso y el puré de tomate. Admito que ésta es mi parte favorita. Me encantaba ver agregar el queso y ver cómo se derrite.😂

Y por último a disfrutar en familia.😁

Una vez las pizzas están listas no queda más remedio que disfrutarlas, nosotros lo hicimos contando chistes y escuchando música.Y nos quedaron tan buenas que tuvimos que hacer varias para repetir. 😂

Last week, my cousin graduated from university. To celebrate, we decided to make a pizza with what we had on hand.

Generally, in my family, whenever there's this kind of tradition, where we organize events, we cook as a family.

That's when we came up with the idea of making a simple pizza.

The ingredients we used were:
Flour: 250 grams
A pinch of yeast
Salt: 10 grams
Water (enough to make the dough)
Tomatoes.

The sauce

The first thing we did was prepare the tomato sauce. For this, we used very ripe tomatoes and blended them in a blender. Then we boiled the liquid in a pot until it thickened. For this process, we used 8 tomatoes.

Creating the dough

For the pizza dough, we added the flour to a bowl and gradually added water. This part was a bit difficult because we didn't know the exact amount needed for all the flour we added. For that reason, we slowly added the water until we achieved the ideal dough for us.

Then, when the dough was ready, we added the sauce, cheese, and tomato puree. I admit, this is my favorite part. I loved adding the cheese and seeing it melt. 😂

And finally, enjoying it with the family. 😁

Once the pizzas are ready, there's nothing left to do but enjoy them. We did so by telling jokes and listening to music. And they turned out so good that we had to make several more to have seconds. 😂
