Hello, hello my dear ladies of Hive, Happy Thursday to all of you. Today I am joining this week's community quiz, in which we must answer one or both of the following questions:
- 💜 If you had fame guaranteed by destiny, what would be the reason for your fame? What would you be famous for?
And / Or
- 💜 Women are always creative and entrepreneurial. If I gave you $5,000 on the condition that you make an investment, what would you invest the money in?
I must say that I found both questions very interesting, and although they may be a bit similar, each one in itself makes you think about the skills you have and what you could excel at if you so desire. In the end, I decided to Opt to answer the second question and my thoughts are as follows.
Since I was a little girl I was always interested in the world of pastry and baking, I loved to see how my mom made different desserts and even more to eat them hehe. When I turned 18 years old I began to take pastry courses, although by then I had some notions about it, I must say that the first ones I did were a failure. But as everything in this life you have to work to achieve success, I kept practicing and improving.
Each time the cakes and desserts were better, the taste of my desserts improved and the decorations were neater.
Throughout all these years I learned many techniques and skills that make me a good pastry chef and if I were given the opportunity to invest in a business I would decide, without a second's hesitation, to open my own pastry shop.
I love that people enjoy what they eat, so the main thing to differentiate me from the competition would be the quality of my products, as well as innovating in the flavors and presentation of each dessert.
It would be a very colorful place with a very nice, spacious and very comfortable atmosphere that makes customers feel confident that they will enjoy the moment they are going to be in the place, also if or if I would have a small tables or furniture where people can sit for a while and enjoy what they are going to eat.
And although I have several skills and knowledge of different things, I feel that baking is one of my best talents, so I would take great advantage in this area, if I were given the opportunity to start a business.
So much for my post today, before I finish it I want to invite @jennyzer and @genice to participate in the contest that this week brings us LOH, I would love to read them.

Hola, hola mis queridas damas de Hive, Feliz jueves para todas. El día de hoy me uno al concurso de esta semana de la comunidad, en el cual debemos responder a una o ambas interrogantes que son las siguientes:
1.💜 Si tuvieras la fama garantizada por el destino, ¿Cuál sería el motivo de tu fama? ¿Por qué serías famoso?
O / Y
2. 💜 Las mujeres siempre son creativas y emprendedoras. Si te dieran $5000 con la condición de que hicieras una inversión. ¿En que invertirías el dinero?
Debo decir que ambas preguntas me parecieron muy interesantes, y aunque pueden ser un poco similares, cada una en sí, te hace pensar en las habilidades que tienes y en lo que podrías destacar si así lo deseas. Al final, decidí Optar por responder a la segunda interrogante y lo que pienso es lo siguiente.
Desde pequeña siempre me llamó la atención el mundo de la repostería y pastelería, amaba ver cómo mi mamita hacía diferentes postres y aún más comerlos jeje. Cuando cumplí 18 años comencé a hacer cursos de reposteria, aunque ya para este entonces tenía algunas nociones al respecto, debo decir que las primeras todas que hice fueron un fracaso. Pero como todo en esta vida se debe de trabajar para lograr el éxito, seguí practicando y mejorando.
Cada vez las tortas y los postres me quedaban mejor, el sabor de mis postres mejoraban y las decoraciones quedaban más prolijas.
A lo largo de todos estos años aprendí muchas técnicas y habilidades que me hacen una buena pastelera y si me dieran la oportunidad de invertir en un negocio decidiría, sin dudarlo ni un segundo, abrir mi propia pastelería.
Amo que las personas disfruten de lo que comen, así que lo primordial para diferenciarme de la competencia sería la calidad de mis productos, así como innovar en los sabores y presentación de cada postre.
Sería un lugar muy colorido con un ambiente bastante agradable, espacioso y muy cómodo que haga que los clientes se sientan con la seguridad de que van a disfrutar del momento que van a estar en el lugar, además si o si tendría unas pequeñas mesas o muebles donde las personas puedan sentarse un rato y disfrutar de lo que va a comer .
Y aunque tengo varias habilidades y conocimientos de diferentes cosas, siento que la repostería es uno de mis mejores talentos, así que aprovecharía mucho en este rubro, si me dieran la oportunidad de iniciar un negocio.

That's a nice dream, or plan, I don't know what to call it. Having your own bakery and being able to create whatever you like and sell it is a joy. It also comes with a headache of managing the business, but if you're doing it right, it's a joy.
Meeting fellow bakers is like wow.
