Hello everyone. I trust we are all doing good. Welcome to @Hiveopenmic Week 214, and I'm so glad to be here again. Our theme for this week is TAKE ME HOME.

In regards to this theme, I will be presenting a cover of a song title I JUST WANT TO BE WHERE YOU ARE by DON MOEN.

I trust we all know that this world is not our home, we are just a visitor, a passerby, our true home is in heaven. God promise a home for us in heaven, as written in Hebrew 13 : 14 "For this world is not our home; we are looking forward to our everlasting home in heaven". Heaven is a home for all who have their faith in Jesus Christ. Heaven is not just a house or building build by man, but it is wonderful place that we all have to look forward to, it is a place build by God for everyone. In heaven there is nothing like sorrow, pain or sadness, it is a place of joy, peace and happiness that will never end.

Our desire should be in heaven, where God and his holy angels are, where Jesus Christ seated on the right hand of God and where every things are made perfect and beautiful for us. This song by Don Moen is a song of reminds for us all that our desire is to be in God, to dwell with him and to always fully present with God. God’s presence is exactly what we needed to be safe from enemies and free from sin. The lyrics invite us all listener not to dwell on the things of this world, but instead set our minds on Lord God.

With a lot of dedication and practice I was able to share with us all this beautiful song and I do hope you enjoy my cover of this song.
