SHADOWS IN THE SUNROOM~~Shadow Hunters /SMASh Contest-Round 293

Sunrise is such a peaceful moment in my day, I catch it most mornings just as the sunshine peeks over the mountain. This time of year as all the leaves fall from the trees, our sunroom glows with the streams of light that pass through the many windows.

On this particular morning, the sun broke the horizon with a mist around it and what a lovely good morning it was.

As the sun continued it's journey up into the sky, the more light beamed through creating some very cool shadows.

Now I know it doesn't take long for shadows to come and go, being a #shadowhunter has taught me one thing for sure, always have the camera nearby. Unfortunately on that day the camera was not in it's usual place. I searched the house, the porch and the computer room but it was not to be found. I was pissed miffed.

Please don't miss these awesome shadows, I told myself. @melinda010100 started this community years ago and I have been enjoying the activities ever since.

The shadows kept popping, so out came my old iphone. I figured I would give up the camera search and take some pictures with the phone, better than nothing I told myself.

Very much to my surprise, the old phone did a decent job of capturing the shadows in the sunroom.

@thebigsweed and I share our Cannon Power Shot 530 HS camera, most of the time it's not a problem, it has a home it goes to every night, we always know where it will be when not in use.

Let me make it clear,@thebigsweed everything has its place, but for some strange reason, I think I am the only one who knows that rule.

Our Cannon does not call your work shop home.
