| Есть в Твери один необычный микрорайон, который начал сроится ещё в 19 веке. Называют по-разному: Двор Пролетарки, Морозовский городок, Морозовские казармы. Появилась в Твери фабрика «Товарищество Тверской мануфактуры». Хозяйственные постройки для фабрики, а также жильё для рабочих построили с нуля. Это один из первых в России примеров такой единой комплексной застройки. Всё построено из красного кирпича и представляет сейчас историко-архитектурную ценность. В 1900 году Двор Пролетарки завоевал гран-при на Всемирной выставке в Париже, как лучший рабочий городок. | There is one unusual microdistrict in Tver, which began to be built back in the 19th century. It is called differently: Proletarka's Courtyard, Morozovsky Town, Morozovsky Barracks. The Tver Manufactory Partnership factory appeared in Tver. Outbuildings for the factory, as well as housing for workers, were built from scratch. This is one of the first examples in Russia of such a unified integrated development. Everything is built of red brick and is now of historical and architectural value. In 1900, the Proletarka Yard won the Grand Prix at the World Exhibition in Paris as the best workers' town. |

It is the most famous building of this town. The beautiful building received the nickname “Paris”. The unusual building in the Art Nouveau style with Gothic elements was erected according to the design of the architect Konstantin Tersky. |

| Париж – единственный дом в этом городке, который был реконструирован и остаётся жилым домом. Остальные дома находятся в аварийном состоянии. Они уже не соответствуют современным нормам комфорта. Из большинства уже выселены жильцы. Я очень надеюсь, что их реконструируют и Тверь получит комфортный и очень красивый микрорайон для жизни. | Paris is the only house in this town that has been reconstructed and remains a residential building. The remaining houses are in disrepair. They no longer meet modern comfort standards. Most of the residents have already been evicted. I really hope that it will be reconstructed and Tver will receive a comfortable and very beautiful neighborhood to live in. |

An interesting building, grand in design over a hundred years ago!
Always interesting to see these structures being brought back to life, hopefully your region falls into the category of being worthwhile saving for the future.
