Fola wished he could call the agency back to form a new deal, but he couldn't because that would mean paying another money to them and he didn't have. Although he did not like his new apartment but he had to pack into it before his old landlord locked him.

This story reminds me of a personal story. A family member did not thoroughly check out the new rental and fully understand the amenities. A good lesson to live by.
