Would you rather confess love when you are tipsy or sane?
Forgive me but today I don't feel like writing anything. I have been lying down, browsing through my phone, catching up with my friends on WhatsApp.
Then, I sent the same message to all my friends and a few of them answered..... The rest aren't online to drop their response.
I will share that question with you and the various answers I got without changing any of the sentences.

If the guy is a usually shy person, it can mean he lacks the boldness to tell you his mind and the drink helps him
If it's not because of shyness, I'll say he's lying, the drink gives him the courage to lie when otherwise he wouldn't if he were not tipsy

I always say what I feel when sober so I've never been the type of person who has the need to declare love when drunk.

I would confess 'love' when I'm my perfect frame of mind because I may just be blabbing rubbish if I'm tipsy.
Sane would be my answer. When you're sobber and sane, you connect more. You build a conversation. You see and know if it's truly love or something else.

Lol who says you're insane when you're high??.. I've noticed that most of the real conversations comes when you're high. Nobody is holding back or being to conscious of the Environment. He just says what he wants to say exactly as he means it.

I didn't get a chance to answer this on whatsapp and with my current label I'm not sure you would have taken my answer seriously. But notwithstanding, I'll still answer.
I think different people react differently, I've seen people quiet down whenever they get tipsy, I've seen people run wild with joy whenever they get tipsy, I've seen people tell good stories because they're tipsy, I've seen people genuinely happy just because they're tipsy, I've seen people utter angry things whenever they're tipsy.
I'll just say alcohol brings out the real you, some of which are really well hidden. If he was a manipulative bastard then he'll be at his peak when he's high. But if he's a shy sincere baby duck then he's real. But I feel you'll know if he's genuine or not, somewhere in your heart you just know. I feel most times we embrace on lies really well because they're the easiest way out.

My own opinion on this...
I would love to confess to confess love when I'm not drunk, prolly ladies don't believe the nice and lovely things you say when you are drunk...
I will really tell you that the aforementioned is the kinda response you get from many of them, some will even say "I think you are horny" you want something, why are you saying this now... Etc
I'm a very shy type and I have lost someone I love so much because of this same shit (not being able to express how I feel), I did it using alcohol and all I Coul get was a hug and "really, so you love me that much, don't worry just go home and sleep we will talk about it tomorrow " and when tomorrow comes, I won't be able to say what I said yesterday..
So I feel the best way to confess love is when you are not tipsy or drunk, for the shy ones like me it might be difficult and might take time, you might even be seen as not being a serious person but just make sure you do what has to be done only then can you have peace of mind...
I have a question,ladies Hardly believes a guy who is drunk,confessing love to her or saying other good things about her but why do they believe the guy when he starts saying otherwise...like the " i hate you" and other harsh words...
