Hola amigas que tal han estado, por aquí las lluvias están fuertes, y los días están muy frescos. Por aquí les dejo mi humilde participación en el Ladies of Hive Community Contest #234 espero les guste.

Comparte cualquier cosa sobre tus dispositivos móviles: cómo lo conseguiste, un momento crucial en el que te sirvió bien, tus planes para cambiarlo pronto, cuándo tuviste que repararlo o tu marca de teléfono favorita. Las anécdotas también son bienvenidas.

Los dispositivos móviles han sido para mí una lucha social diría. Cuando estaba en plena juventud donde todos a mí alrededor tenían celulares yo no, pues no tenía como adquirir uno, pero aun así no le daba tanta importancia. Cuando empecé a trabajar mis jefes me decían que debía tener teléfono celular para estar en comunicación conmigo (pero ellos nunca me regalaron uno) y yo les decía que aun así estuviera trabajando no tenía como tenerlos.
Recuerdo que un día cuando me pagaron mis primeras vacaciones en el trabajo había una oferta de teléfonos celulares, recuerdo que era muy pequeño solo era una diminuta pantalla gris y el teclado, lo bueno era que tenía buenos planes para llamadas telefónicas y mensajes de texto.

Dure como 6 años con mi primer teléfono celular, ya empezaban a salir algunos celulares que la pantalla eran mucho más dinámicas, pero no quería cambiar ese primer teléfono, ya estaba muy roto se me había caído algunas veces y al moverse un poco se le movía la batería y se apagaba, hasta que un día se apagó y no volvió a encender, me sentí muy triste pero ya eran más de 6 años.

Luego logre comprar en una oferta un celular muy pequeña para mi mano pero tenía señal en todos lados, hasta dentro del refrigerador jajaja parecía un teléfono satelital, eran un celular que los promocionaba el gobierno lo llamaban Vergatario, jajaja era mi teléfono favorito, había sido el segundo teléfono que había tenido en mi vida y era muy útil en mi trabajo.

Celular Vergatario

Mi celular Vergatario tardaba tres días en descargarse, tenía la pantalla de colores pero no era táctil ni nada de eso era de teclas. Yo me resistía al cambio de sumergirme en las tecnologías táctiles y además eran súper caros poder tener un teléfono táctil. 8 años dure con mi Celular Vergatario fue un duro golpe para mí cuando un día se apagó y nunca más encendió, es más hasta un velorio le hice a mi teléfono jajajaja.

Recuerdo que pase mucho tiempo sin teléfono celular, pero en mi trabajo era necesario tener comunicación con todos y se tornó una necesidad tener un celular, por lo que logre comprar mi primer teléfono inteligente, recuerdo que la pantalla era muy grande, la primera vez que lo empecé a usar pareciera que estuviera en una nave espacial jajaja. Ese nuevo teléfono era un ZTE, ya cuando le agarre la forma de cómo funcionaba la fotos que podía tomar y todo lo demás, era tremendo lo que me había perdido de usar esa tecnología táctil, por mi resistencia al cambio.

Este ZTE duro como 3 años se le partió la pantalla, y como era un celular ya bastante desactualizado no logre conseguirle la pantalla para poder seguir usándolo, fue muy fuerte porque era un celular que había salido caro cuando estaba nuevo y como en solo tres años ya estaba obsoleto. Un amigo decía que diariamente salían teléfonos distintos de las marcas y que era complicado poder mantenerse tanto tiempo con un celular pues pasan de moda muy rápido.

Me quede sin celular, y llego la primera migración en Venezuela antes del covid, toda mi familia se había ido mis hermanos estaban en otros estados, y no me podía comunicar con ellos. Yo debía ir a casa de mi suegra para poder llamarlos y saber de ellos, en ese entonces las cosas estaban difíciles, a pesar de que había trabajo era muy duro poder tener un teléfono celular.

Un día mi suegra me dice que me regalaría un pequeño celular que tenía guardado solo que se descargaba mucho, a mí no me importaba, lo recibí con todo el amor porque no tenía nada como comunicarme con mis padres. Este era un teléfono Blakberry jajaa tenía muchas teclas, era un poco difícil escribir en él, todo fue cuestión de adaptarme. Ya habían pasado exactamente año y medio empezando la pandemia del covid, mi esposo trabajaba en un estadio de beisbol y ese día le tocaba cortar la grama con una podadora tipo tractor, le fui a llevar el almuerzo, y como yo estaría donde su mamá, me pidió que le dejara el teléfono que cuando el terminara me llamaría al teléfono de su mamá para que nos fuéramos a casa. Así fue yo le deje el Blakberry y me fui a casa de su mamá a la espera de la llama.

Como vi que mi esposo nunca me llamo a casa de su mamá, y ya era tarde fui de nuevo al estadio, y lo veo hurgando entre el monte que había cortado, yo llegando a donde estaba el pensé de inmediato se le perdió el Celular jajaja, bueno mis amigas mi esposo se metió el celular en el bolsillo del pantalón y con la vibración de la máquina de podar donde él iba montado, el celular se le cayó (el no se dio cuenta) y suaaaaz las aspas de la maquina podadora lo hicieron trizas muchos pedacitos diría que parecía un licuado el celular, lo único que no se rompió fue la tarjeta de memoria y la tarjeta de la SIM Card, yo cuando vi el celular hecho trizas me dieron ganas de llorar, de reír no lo se me sentí devastada.

El covid estaba en su pleno apogeo, no había visitas, no había comunicación por celular y de pasa palos se nos dañó el tv. Aquí en casa estábamos enloqueciendo, fueron muy difíciles esos días la verdad que el encierro fue terrible.
En la navidad del 2020 mi hermana que estaba en otra ciudad me envió un regalo y un teléfono celular Samsug A01, esa fue una felicidad enorme, fui muy feliz en esa navidad.

Ya han pasado 5 años y aún conservo el Samsug A01, ya por el modelo me pide todos los días actualización de software, pero hasta que ya me diga no puedo máaaas, es mi teléfono favorito jajaja. Algún día Dios nos proveerá para comprar uno que este a la moda, más avanzado con una cámara mejor. Hace 6 meses mi hermana menor me cedió su teléfono un Samsung A30, tiene sus detalle de pantalla, se apaga solo y bueno, porque ella compro uno mucho mejor y bueno ahorita en casa tenemos estos dos. De resto esto ha sido todo.

Share anything about your mobile devices: how you got it, a turning point when it served you well, your plans to change it soon, when you had to repair it or your favorite phone brand. Anecdotes are also welcome.

Mobile devices have been a social struggle for me I would say. When I was in my youth, when everyone around me had cell phones, I didn't, because I didn't have the means to buy one, but even so I didn't give it that much importance. When I started working my bosses told me that I had to have a cell phone to be in communication with me (but they never gave me one) and I told them that even if I was working I had no way to have them.
I remember one day when I got my first vacation pay at work there was an offer for cell phones, I remember it was very small it was just a tiny gray screen and keypad, the good thing was that it had good plans for phone calls and text messages.

I lasted about 6 years with my first cell phone, some cell phones were starting to come out and the screen was much more dynamic, but I did not want to change that first phone, it was already very broken, I had dropped it a few times and when it moved a little the battery moved and it turned off, until one day it turned off and did not turn on again, I felt very sad but it was already more than 6 years.

Then I managed to buy in an offer a cell phone very small for my hand but it had signal everywhere, even inside the refrigerator hahaha it looked like a satellite phone, it was a cell phone that was promoted by the government they called it Vergatario, hahaha it was my favorite phone, it had been the second phone I had had in my life and it was very useful in my work.

My Vergatario cell phone took three days to download, it had a color screen but it was not touch or anything like that, it was a keypad. I was resistant to the change of immersing myself in touch technologies and also they were super expensive to have a touch phone. I lasted 8 years with my Vergatario cell phone and it was a hard blow for me when one day it turned off and never turned on again, in fact I even had a wake for my phone hahahaha.

I remember that I spent a long time without a cell phone, but in my work it was necessary to have communication with everyone and it became a necessity to have a cell phone, so I managed to buy my first smart phone, I remember that the screen was very large, the first time I started using it seemed to be in a spaceship hahaha. That new phone was a ZTE, and when I got the hang of how it worked, the pictures I could take and everything else, it was tremendous what I had missed using that touch technology, because of my resistance to change.

This ZTE lasted about 3 years, the screen broke, and as it was a cell phone and quite outdated I could not get the screen to continue using it, it was very strong because it was a cell phone that had been expensive when it was new and as in only three years it was already obsolete. A friend of mine said that every day there were different phones from different brands and that it was difficult to keep a cell phone for so long because they go out of fashion very fast.

I was left without a cell phone, and the first migration came in Venezuela before the covid, my whole family had left, my brothers were in other states, and I could not communicate with them. I had to go to my mother-in-law's house to be able to call them and hear from them, at that time things were difficult, even though there was work it was very hard to have a cell phone.

One day my mother in law told me that she would give me a small cell phone that she had saved but it was downloading a lot, I didn't care, I received it with all my love because I had nothing to communicate with my parents. This was a Blakberry phone hahaa it had many keys, it was a little difficult to write on it, it was all a matter of adapting. My husband was working at a baseball stadium and that day he had to cut the grass with a tractor type mower, I went to take him lunch, and since I would be at his mom's, he asked me to leave the phone with him and when he was done he would call me on his mom's phone so we could go home. So I left him the Blakberry and went to his mom's house to wait for the call.

As I saw that my husband never called me at his mom's house, and it was late I went back to the stadium, and I see him rummaging through the bush that had cut, I arrived where he was I thought immediately he lost his cell phone hahaha, well my friends my husband put his cell phone in his pants pocket and with the vibration of the pruning machine where he was riding, the cell phone fell (he did not realize it) and suaaaaz the blades of the pruning machine shattered it into many pieces I would say that the cell phone looked like a blender, the only thing that did not break was the memory card and the SIM card, when I saw the cell phone shattered I felt like crying, laughing I do not know I felt devastated.

The covid was in full swing, there were no visitors, there was no cell phone communication and the TV was damaged. Here at home we were going crazy, those days were very difficult, the truth is that the confinement was terrible.
On Christmas 2020 my sister who was in another city sent me a gift and a Samsug A01 cell phone, that was a huge happiness, I was very happy that Christmas.

It's been 5 years and I still have the Samsug A01, because of the model it asks me every day for a software update, but until I say I can't anymore, it's my favorite phone hahaha. Someday God will provide us to buy one that is fashionable, more advanced with a better camera. 6 months ago my younger sister gave me her phone a Samsung A30, it has its screen details, it turns itself off and well, because she bought a much better one and now at home we have these two. Otherwise this has been all.
