It's hard to choose just one Christmas recipe because I have a long list of recipes I love to prepare before, on and after (throughout the holiday)

I will go for spicy grilled catfish and a chill smoothie. The combination is awesome and I love it.

It's easy to prepare, it doesn't take time plus I don't have to break the bank to have it.

Spicy grilled fish plus smoothie sounds yum :) It's nice when meals are easy to prepare, healthy and inexpensive. One wouldn't have to break his/her budget :)

It's hard to pick just one because we have various recipes and I love most of them like Crispy Fried Pork Belly and Roasted Chicken or what we commonly call Lechon Manok, but if I am to choose just one, I'd have to go for the good ole Pansit which at this day and age is not a seasonal food anymore but it's one I can eat at any time :)

I love salad a lot which I don't miss every Christmas because I always love eating cabbage, carrots and cucumber which makes it more easier to prepare.

my favorite recipe that's a tradition in my family for christmas is "Kirju Koer" (Which translated from Estonian means "colorful dog").
It's pretty simple to make, you essentially only need milk, cocoa powder, sugar and cookies (marmelade is optional). Then you mix these all together in a bowl and put it in the fridge. Once it has cooled together to a solid, you are free to start eating.

It may look like poop, but it tastes very good.

Impressive that recipe. It looks bad, but I believe in you, it must be delicious.
Merry Christmas!

My favorite Christmas recipe is panettone, as a cooking lover, every year I always prepare a couple of dishes to share with the family.

Panettones are the sweet recipe par excellence and if you talk to me about a savory dish it would be Venezuelan ham bread.

Any of these recipes is perfect if I share it with my family.

Let me know when you make the ham bread, I'm an expert at eating it and I make it for free.
Merry Christmas!

My favorite Christmas recipe is the "Pan de Jamón" from my beautiful Venezuela that combines an exquisite dough with a Christmas filling. For several years it has become a tradition of the season to prepare to enjoy from Christmas until January and every time I prepare it a little better, the problem is that it lasts less and I can almost never take pictures because it is finished very quickly hahahaha but better that way. Here I leave you one of the few photos I found of the ones I made last year and this year I will publish my recipe 🎉🥳👊🙏💪

There is no doubt my favorite Christmas recipe and it is to prepare the stew (Pork, Beef or Chicken) which is then used for the traditional Hallaca that smell is unmatched and at the same time unmistakable

Day 11 Question

Every Christmas, my mother's side of the family celebrates it and they will surely prepare a "chicken macaroni salad" that I find it very delicious.

Even though many people make this salad, but for me, it's not the same as the one made by my aunt. It could be because of the salad cream she uses, or maybe it's just her special touch.🤗

I am not a chef, I am very basic in cooking or elaborating recipes, but what I am very good at is eating a lot.

In a past challenge, I expressed the typical dish of Venezuela at Christmas time. It is the Hallaca accompanied by pork, ham bread, and chicken salad.

I like it a lot, but I am more of a fan of the traditional and often tend to go for Spanish food, seafood, fish, and/or good Neapolitan-style legs.

Today I got a hallaca as a gift and my nephew prepared a pasta sauce consisting of cooked chicken wings.

To the wing sauce, he added tomatoes, onions, garlic, hot bell pepper, salt, and the wings, of course, and then put it on the stove until it thickens.

An easy recipe to prepare and the result can very well accompany some spaghetti in my case I put the hallaca that I was given as a gift.

Merry Christmas!

My favored Christmas recipe is "Pan de Jamon". It is a scrumptious candy bread stuffed with ham, olives, raisins and prunes. It's a Christmas way of life in Venezuela, and it is a taste that constantly rings a bell in my memory of Christmas.
This bread is ideal for sharing with family and pals at Christmas. It is a candy and Christmasy flavor that always brings lower back desirable memories.

At Christmas any recipe is good as long as I prepare it with my loved ones. This year I am a little thoughtful about what I can or cannot eat for Christmas, since I am on a new diet to combat the effects of insulin resistance. Sugar and flour are my worst enemies, so what recipes should I prepare for Christmas?

I don't usually cook, nor do I like it, but I really like to eat, and I am lucky that my family cooks some very delicious dishes, one of them is typical at Christmas parties in Argentina:

  • Deviled eggs
  • Vitel Tone
  • Matambre Arrollado

I recommend that if you like to cook, you try to do it for these holidays, the stuffed eggs are exquisite

I like to eat roast turkey with tamarind sauce, which is not too sweet and not too sour. I like watching the Christmas tree decorated with lights while drinking Grape Fruit juice. I really enjoyed eating the turkey and drinking the juice. You can know more if you feel it in practice. Everything is perfect when you have your beloved family by your side. Thank you all.
