Not a good buy - Hopvil beer
Sometimes it just happens
While shopping at Aldi, this nice looking Belgian beer can jumped into my cart and I took it home. But as you read here, this was a big mistake.

A blond beer from Belgium at Aldi sounds like a good deal.
Taste - 🤮
Already at the beginning you can feel that the raw materials of the Hopvil beer are rather inferior. The beer looks angular, the water quite calcareous.
You can also taste the metallic of the can. Otherwise, you don't taste much, the storage unit porridge sends greetings. You can recognize a little malt, this looks qualitative but not really high-quality.
So the beer is not even really good for quick shooting.
Even the cat doesn’t like it

What to do with a beer that taste ugly and like metal.
Sadly, I put it into the sink.

Despite its appealing can, the taste fell flat with metallic and inferior ingredients. Even the cat didn't approve haha !

Every Belgian supermarket has their own white labeled pils and stronger beers. Especially the stronger beers are all 🤮
I wouldn't recommend any of these! (I wouldn't recommend Leffe neither, too commercial for me, there are plenty of good other beers though) :D
Aldi is like Lidl, right? You can hardly expect discovering a great beer in there ;)
The reaction of the cat is believable that the beer is not good but if you ask me what to do if the beer is not good I would mix it with soda.😅😅 My father is a drinker.😊
