Good morning and happy Monday, buzzketeers!

Halloween creeps closer, but October also brings another transition – the change of seasons. As summer's lush greens give way to autumn's golden hues, we thought this natural shift would make for an excellent photo challenge.

If you're just joining us, here's a quick overview of how our weekly Monday Mission contest works:

You have 6 full days to complete each challenge and share your response on DBuzz. We announce a new prompt each Monday, and you have until the following Sunday to post your entry.

These challenges are meant to be fun and open to interpretation – run with the concept however you'd like! There's no single right way to approach the prompts.

The goal is engaging our creativity and community. So feel free to get as imaginative or quirky as you want with it. As long as you share your take on DBuzz within the 6-day window, you'll be entered into the random drawing for rewards.

And even if you don't win, you hopefully walked away with an entertaining experience stretching your photography skills, writing chops, or whatever that week's contest called for.

So review the current Monday Mission prompt and put your own spin on it. Here is your mission: capture and share what best represents the seasonal transition to you, whether autumnal leaves, receding monsoons, pumpkins, or anything else marking the end of the season in your region. Explain why this image encapsulates the essence of fall's arrival.
