My Actifit RC: August 15th 23 - Last day on the beach in middle August - IAAC 434
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
The National Feast of the Assumption, one of the oldest Italian traditions reserves us a sunny day of spectacular beauty with the colors of sky and sea that did not allow distinctions between water and air.
On the dunes of the beach there was still some burning charcoal from the bonfires held in the night and the boys had almost completed the cleaning of the residues they had dropped on the sand.
After my daily swim in the sea I took a shower on the ceiling to remove the residues of sea water and sand from the body while the lens of my smartphone portrayed the pool ready for another day of bathing.
Even in her garden, my sister, has equipped a smaller pool to let her granddaughters play but for the moment she is exploiting it with great pleasure.
The vegetation of the avenue has reached enormous dimensions and in a few weeks you will have to carry out a maintenance of containment.
In the evening while I was going to the beach I felt a very pleasant intense scent coming up from the sidewalk and this was thanks to the fragrance of numerous sea lilies that were proliferating on the sand near the road.
On the free beach there was a large flock of seagulls rummaging through the trunks in search of food residues but who were afraid to become food for my dinner. Of course they would have known that a big man like me could be harmless.
Let’s just say it was my imagination. In fact they were not running away for my presence but for this hang glider that arrived with a very annoying noise even for big and big birds such as the real gulls some of the northern traits.
Since hang gliders were a couple the beach stay had become quite wintery (it is not nice to see others having fun flying when you would do it LOL) and I preferred to go back home.
Late in the evening, after dinner, I celebrated my #iamalivechallenge 434 and although four days of intense marine activity have tired me I can say that I am still today #alive.
Finally, I would like to thank all my friends from the tribe of #Alive and all the new friends who happened between the lines of my stories for reading my thoughts and see you at the next #actifit report.
