Today's election Sunday in Venezuela is a day of great importance for the country. During this day, we Venezuelans have the opportunity to elect their representatives who carry the country's mandate.

Elections are fundamental to democracy, as they allow the people to express their will and vote for the leaders they feel are best suited to carry their country forward. We as a family go out two by two, some very early to avoid the sun, those of us who sleep a little longer go out late and catch the full sun of midday, but to go together in full happiness and hope.

In my heart of hearts, although I hate politics, I have hope that this country can make a total change.

During the electoral process, citizens go to the designated voting centers to cast their vote freely and secretly. We have months hearing and seeing these campaigns of how and where to vote, but still there were people very lost without knowing how to do it, at least hopefully they are who to vote for in these elections. It is essential that the elections are transparent, fair and free of any kind of coercion or manipulation.

After going to vote we went for a walk, to spend the hours waiting in a quieter way, and having a little girl is more what we should enjoy and know, we went to eat ice cream in Caracas is a delicious experience that no Venezuelan can miss on a Sunday. . The city of Caracas has a wide variety of ice cream parlors and beautiful landscapes.

We went to the Líder shopping center in Caracas and it gave us a majestic view of the Avila or better called El Avila national park, officially Waraira Repano which has huge mountains that runs through the city of fury, madness and thousands of people walking non-stop. Just look at this view of the mountain and enjoy it is the only thing we can do.
