🦙 It's today! Hive will be at the Peru Bitcoin Club! 🇵🇪 [Eng/Spa]
Me siento muy emocionado por tener la oportunidad de conversarle a las personas acerca de #Hive. Siendo este un proyecto descentralizado tan particular, es verdad que cualquiera puede tomar la iniciativa y llevar el conocimiento sobre esta red a cualquier persona, sin embargo considero que esta es una tarea que no debe tomarse tan a la ligera.
Yo estuve meditándolo largo tiempo, luego de ir comprendiendo la magnitud del proyecto del cual ya formaba parte, y de darme cuenta de la gran cantidad de problemas puntuales que esta red y sobre todo esta comunidad es capás de resolver, fue ahí, cuando #Hive empezó a tomar más reelevancia en mi vida.
I am very excited to have the opportunity to talk to people about #Hive. Being such a particular decentralized project, it is true that anyone can take the initiative and bring the knowledge about this network to anyone, however I consider that this is a task that should not be taken so lightly.
I was thinking about it for a long time, after understanding the magnitude of the project I was already part of, and after realizing the great amount of specific problems that this network and above all this community is capable of solving, it was then, when #Hive began to take more relevance in my life.
Luego de la BlockchainCon, he conocido a tantas personas con tantas ideas y tantos proyectos me dejan varias intrigas, muchas dudas, BASTANTE trabajo y algunas cosas muy claras; que la entrega y la pasión de todas las personas que construyen comunidad en estas tierras no está en duda. Que la determinación de los peruanos en la búsqueda de la libertad resalta entre sus muchas otras virtudes, como su gran hospitalidad.
En ése sentido quiero agradecer a todas las personas que hicieron de esta tarde posible, al Club del Bitcoin Perú, a los amigos de AndinoDAO, a las personas del Hotel Santa Cruz y a todos los que no mencionaré porque son muchos.
Pero sepan, que son todos muy importantes, y espero que su labor pueda ser inmortalizada en esta red.
Que se unan a Hive pronto, po!

After the BlockchainCon, I have met so many people with so many ideas and so many projects that leave me with many intrigues, many doubts, a LOT of work and some very clear things; that the dedication and passion of all the people who build community in these lands is not in doubt. That the determination of the Peruvians in the search for freedom stands out among their many other virtues, such as their great hospitality.
In that sense I want to thank all the people who made this afternoon possible, the Club del Bitcoin Perú, the friends of AndinoDAO, the people of Hotel Santa Cruz and all those I will not mention because there are many.
But know, that you are all very important, and I hope that your work can be immortalized in this network.

Seguiremos tabajando de la mano con las comunidades ya establecidas, capacitándonos día a día, evento a evento para poder responder todas las preguntas y dudas que todos tuvimos al principio, y también aquellas que nunca jamás me había planteado. Es que éso es lo bueno la comunidad, que aprendemos todos en el proceso.
Ha sido increíble hacer click con comunidades como la de Polkadot u Optimism. Estaremos conectándonos más con ellos y sus respectivos proyectos y planes para el Perú!
We will continue to work hand in hand with the already established communities, training ourselves day by day, event by event to be able to answer all the questions and doubts that we all had at the beginning, and also those that I had never even asked myself. That's the great thing about the community, we all learn in the process.
It has been amazing to click with communities like Polkadot or Optimism. We will be connecting more with them and their respective projects and plans for Peru!
En ese orden de ideas, se ha creado un grupo de WhatsApp que voy a estar promocionando durante el evento de hoy, para que podamos ir organizandomos como comunidad Hive Perú, para próximos eventos presenciales.
Un día de estos nos tomamos un Café con Hive ;)
También, pueden escribirme a cualquiera de mis redes personales, a fin de acortar la curva de aprendizaje Web3, manteniendo un enfoque personalizado y optimizado para cada área de interés que puedan tener. Porque como que les comentaba en éste video post, este es un mundito muy amplio y puede ser abrumador al principio.

El evento de hoy estará super lindo, junto a @audiarmisg le hemos puesto mucho cariño a los preparativos. Son esos pequeños detalles los que harán una linda experiencia para los asistentes.
Espero que todos puedan asistir y llevar la información de la manera correcta, Hive siempre levanta mucho interés y las personas de por estas tierras son muy curiosas!
Espero llegar a esos oídos entusiastas de las nuevas tecnologías, y que puedan ver en nuestras red no solo el valor que tenemos actualmente, sinó además todo el potencial que hay para el futuro. Con el tiempo, el sentido de propiedad les darán las motivaciones para ser constructores de Hive.

I hope to reach those enthusiastic ears of new technologies, and that they can see in our network not only the value we have today, but also all the potential there is for the future. In time, the sense of ownership will give them the motivation to be Hive builders.
