Realmente reflexionando está pregunta, es de gran importancia para mí porque me permite valorar el papel que ejercemos las mujeres en el mundo, ya que son múltiples facetas que desempeñamos por ejemplo como: profesional, madre, hija, hermana, estudiantes entre otros, nuestro día a día es muy complejo al realizar las variadas actividades desde que que nos levantamos, aunque ya esto es una costumbre y lo vemos como algo normal de la vida de la mujer, el cumplir con los quehaceres del hogar, asistir a nuestra jornada laboral, realizar las compras y preparar la comida son algunas de las funciones de nuestro vida diaria y todas estas cosas nos llegan a agobiar, estresar porque muchas veces estamos sobrecargada de tareas y en lo particular tiendo a frustrarme cuando no puedo cumplir alguna de ellas, aunado a todos elementos, están los padecimientos psicológicos, cambios hormonales que también llegan a afectar nuestra salud emocional, psicosocial.

Ahora bien, que hago yo para sobrellevar o canalizar esos ataques o momentos de ansiedad, decaimiento, aquí va mi respuesta trato de vivir el día a día, de enfocarme y priorizar las cosas que son realmente importantes y puedo solucionar en el momento también tomar rutina de sueño por la tarde aunque sea 1 hora para recargar nuevamente las energías y pararme con mejor actitud además por las noches me dedico a ver una película en la comodidad de mi hogar, tomó una ducha de agua fría luego me aplico mi rutina de cuidado y belleza y por las noches lograr descansar mis 8 horas diarias y los fines de semana me gusta realizar una salida recreativa o paseo familiar y disfrutar de ella.

Really reflecting on this question, it is of great importance to me because it allows me to appreciate the role we women play in the world, as there are multiple facets that we play for example as: professional, mother, daughter, sister, students among others, our day to day is very complex to perform the various activities since we get up, although this is already a habit and we see it as something normal in the life of women, to comply with household chores, attend our workday, shopping and preparing food are some of the functions of our daily life and all these things overwhelm us, stress us because many times we are overloaded with tasks and in particular I tend to get frustrated when I can not fulfill any of them, coupled with all elements, there are psychological ailments, hormonal changes that also come to affect our emotional, psychosocial health.

Now, what do I do to cope or channel those attacks or moments of anxiety, decay, here is my answer I try to live day by day, to focus and prioritize the things that are really important and I can solve at the time also take sleep routine in the afternoon even 1 hour to recharge my energy again and stand with a better attitude also at night I dedicate myself to watch a movie in the comfort of my home, I take a cold shower and then I apply my care and beauty routine and at night I get my 8 hours of rest daily and on weekends I like to take a recreational outing or family outing and enjoy it.
