The #BeerSaturday Challenge - Week 338. Life Continental Beer.

Finally am here to share my favorite beer in #BeerSaturday challenge in #beer community. My friend @marajah has been inviting me, but I couldn't. And she get tired of inviting me. Hehe, I want to shock her today. Letting her know that i can now take beer. Well, am not a beer fan, but the truth remains that beer contains ingredients that is good for our body. Due to the alcohol content and, my head is not that strong that's why i have been running away from beer. But today, i have break the record.

When i saw the beer challenge contest 4 days ago, i promised myself that i must take some beer this time. On Saturday being 23rd December 2023, i went to a beer parlor as we locally called it with my daughter to take a beer. On getting there, i requested for big Stout, later changed my mind to go for Life.

This beer is best served chilled. It can be taken with hot spicy meals or backed snacks. It's one of the excellent products of Nigerian breweries. It can be enjoyed alone, with friends or family members. Tje alcohol content of this beer soothes and refreshes the body. Because it has the ability to review deeply held tensions both in the muscle and mind.

Just as the name implies, Life. Why can't i enjoy my life and live life to the fullest with this continent beer. It's just 60cl with 5% alcohol content. It can be found in any beer parlour, eateries, etc. Both in bottle or can.

While I was enjoying my beer, i requested for dry meat. Hehe that's really went well with the beer.

My daughter didn't allow me to eat the meat. I just ate two while she finished the rest. Later she joined me to take a little beer.

I felt a bit dizzy when i finished the one bottle. So, i didn't go for more. The journey has just started and no going back. Once i finished testing up to 5 different brands of beer or more, i will work on taking two bottles at a go.

Life Continental Beer contains yeast which is very good for the sight. Then in beer, ot does wonders which is, bringing other ingredients together. For example, the farmentable sugars eating up by the yeast. Once that is done, it converts them into carbonation, alcohol and flavors.

Malted barley is another ingredients of Life this ingredient is good for the body because, it contains fiber, potassium, foilate, Vitamin B which flights cholesterol and cardiovascular diseases. It has water content too. Which supplies minerals to our body.
