Mi experiencia como speaker en el Ethereum Latam Day [ESP/ENG]
Si, así como leen fui speaker en un evento aquí en Lima, el ETHLatamDay que llevó por nombre Mujeres en Blockchain: Construyendo el futuro juntas.
Yes, as they read I was a speaker at an event here in Lima, the ETHLatamDay which was named Women in Blockchain: Building the future together.
Realicé la presentación de las Mujeres líderes en @Hive a los asistentes del evento, quienes pudieron ver que hay proyectos liderados por mujeres y que pueden formar parte de las comunidades donde se sientan identificadas, donde se puedan desarrollar y vivir nuevas experiencias.
I presented the Women Leaders at @Hive to the event attendees, who were able to see that there are projects led by women and that they can be part of the communities where they feel identified, where they can develop and live new experiences.
Las chicas pudieron pasar un día increíble donde se nutrieron de información sobre tecnología blockchain y Web3 por parte de las demás speakers que tienen un dominio del tema estupendo y que con su experiencia alentaron a todas a seguir este camino.
The girls were able to spend an amazing day where they were enriched with information about blockchain technology and Web3 from the other speakers who have a great command of the subject and who, with their experience, encouraged everyone to follow this path.
La presentación de @Hive a los asistentes estuvo de la mano de @audiarmisg quien con su simpatía, dominio y experiencia les pudo dar una intro del ecosistema así como captar nuevos integrantes para que siga creciendo la comunidad. Ah y estuvo animando el talentoso @juantecocha, con un gran manejo de escenario y público.
The presentation of @Hive to the attendees was led by @audiarmisg who with his sympathy, expertise, and experience was able to give them an introduction to the ecosystem and attract new members to continue growing the community. And the talented @juantecocha was entertaining, with great stage and audience management.
El evento estuvo cargado de muy buena información, un excelente panel internacional, una organización estupenda y el coffee break inmejorable.

Es agradable ver como más mujeres van sumándose y abriéndose camino dentro de las comunidades blockchain.
It's nice to see how more women are joining and making their way within the blockchain communities.
Por cierto, era mi primer vez hablando en público desde hacía años, me preparé por varias semanas, apoyándome en @audiarmisg, me paraba frente al espejo practicando con un tomatodo como micrófono (esto lo aprendí de una amiga jajaja), cambiando o agregando texto al parlamento inicial, haciendo la presentación visual, buscando información sobre mujeres en blockchain y de verdad me causó algo de ruido saber que la presencia femenina en esta tecnología es reducida.
By the way, it was my first time speaking in public in years. I prepared for several weeks, with the support of @audiarmisg. I stood in front of the mirror practicing with a water bottle as a microphone (I learned this from a friend, hahaha), changing or adding text to the opening speech, creating visual aids, researching information about women in blockchain. It really struck me to learn that female presence in this technology is limited.
Por lo que el día del evento les comenté a las chicas esa inquietud y nos animé a buscar nuevas mujeres que quieran sumar. Agradezco de verdad a las chicas que inspiran a otras y a mi, a cada día avanzar y aportar al ecosistema y a las emergentes comunidades.
So on the day of the event I mentioned to the girls about this concern and we encouraged ourselves to look for new women who want to join. I truly appreciate the girls who inspire others and me, every day to move forward and contribute to the ecosystem and to the emerging communities.
Entre algunos proyectos liderados y/o integrados por mujeres dentro de Hive, pude contarles sobre Hive desde Cero liderado por @soy-laloreto, Hive Creators liderado por @samgiset, @hiveredcarpet que entre sus lideres se encuentra @audiarmisg, @motherhood y @ladiesofhive donde participan muchas mujeres, se educan y pueden expresarse sobre muchos temas. Y pude ver que quedaron impactadas al saber que hay oportunidades para todas en los diferentes nichos de las comunidades y que todas podemos crecer en cualquiera de ellas.
Among some projects led and/or integrated by women within Hive, I could tell you about Hive desde Cero led by @soy-laloreto, Hive Creators led by @samgiset, @hiveredcarpet where among its leaders is @audiarmisg, @motherhood and @ladiesofhive where many women participate, educate themselves and can express themselves on many topics. And I could see that they were impressed to learn that there are opportunities for everyone in the different niches of communities and that we can all grow in any of them.
Espero en un futuro cercano poder ser voz de otros eventos donde pueda aportar, donde pueda crecer como persona y donde sea apoyo a las demás.
I hope in the near future to be able to be the voice of other events where I can contribute, where I can grow as a person, and where I can support others.
