Inktober Day 26 "remove"
In his state-of-the-art laboratory, hidden deep within an underground research complex, Dr. Bronk was working on a project known only to himself.
On a gloomy evening, as a fierce storm raged over the laboratory, Dr. Bronk decided to detach ARES's head to perform some upgrades.
As Bronk carefully disconnected the connections, he noticed an unusual gleam in ARES's eyes. Before he could fully remove the head, a strange string of characters appeared on a computer screen in the corner of the lab. It was a secret code he had never seen before.
Fascinated yet apprehensive, he read the code... It seemed as if ARES was communicating with him. The characters contained instructions that went beyond what Markus had ever programmed ARES for.
With trembling hands and a heavy heart, Markus removed ARES's head. As he did, the robot's eyes went dark, and the secret code disappeared from the screen.

In seinem hochmodernen Labor, tief in einem unterirdischen Forschungen Komplex versteckt, arbeitete Dr.Bronk an einem Projekt, von dem niemand außer ihm selbst etwas wusste.
An einem düsteren Abend, als ein heftiges Gewitter über das Labor hereinbrach, entschied Dr.Bronk, den Kopf von ARES zu entfernen, um einige Upgrades vorzunehmen.
Während Bronk sorgfältig die Verbindungen löste, bemerkte er, dass ARES' Augen einen ungewöhnlichen Glanz hatten. Bevor er den Kopf vollständig abnehmen konnte, flackerte auf einem Computerbildschirm in der Ecke des Labors eine seltsame Zeichenfolge auf. Es war ein geheimer Code, den er nie zuvor gesehen hatte.
Fasziniert und gleichzeitig besorgt, las er den Code... Es schien, als würde ARES mit ihm kommunizieren. Die Zeichen enthielten Anweisungen, die über das hinausgingen, was Markus jemals von ARES programmiert hatte.
Mit zitternden Händen und einem schweren Herzen nahm Markus den Kopf von ARES ab. Als er dies tat, erloschen die Augen des Roboters, und der geheime Code verschwand vom Bildschirm.

Ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen, mir zu meinem Geburtstag etwas weniger Düsteres gewünscht zu haben.
