Dear Silvergoldstackers,

Want to start off by saying that I am incredibly honored to be a member of this incredible community, it's sort of funny but to be honest I am not really sure how I ended up with y'all but I am sure glad I did, a truly incredible bunch, its ironic that many stackers knock crypto, I became and get motivated to stack harder because of crypto(hive) and y'all!

This is good for the community and for precious metals and ideally we want to scale this effect, there are questions of quality over quantity and I will address that shortly, however before all that I want to give you my vison for our community and the benefits of being a member.

The vision

It's already hands down one of the greatest stacking communities but I think that the SGS can become the biggest and greatest stacking community in the world! Show me something else that can beat the offering that hive and the SGS offer it's members.

Member benefits

What you become part of the SGS, you become part of a community of individuals that you can trust, we have precious metal raffles, Secret Santa events, private crypto and precious metal sales as well as physical meetups amongst members and an official meetup in Vegas for a coin show that I hope to attend someday. You also get one of the best delegation upvote bots on hive, and much more, it's the best community I have ever been a part of 😘

Quality over quantity

Much of the benefits I mentioned above come because of the membership process and I am totally with that however I think we need to rethink our strategy here is what I propose naturally it would need your support...

It would be pretty cool if we do it sort of like the biker gangs 🤣
That's sort of more or less the idea right now its just a lot more sublet and I propose making it more "official" and also finding ways to reward people that are interested in becoming members and just straggling around, remember that means getting more people into hive and precious metals, this is what we all need and should want, we win this together! Honesty the possibilities are endless, I invite you to imagine the biggest decentralized stacker community in the world, what could we achieve?

Presidential business

Now moving on to the Presidential business that @trumpman of ours is out of control disrupting the law of reciprocation, got the scales all fucked up,
Not to worry the @bitcoinman is here to set things straight with a little gift to this do-gooder, I already wrote about this saint a little while back in this post here The story of Saint Trump well he still at it helping our newest member @bulliontools and continuing to be an all around G so I am sending this gift below to him tomorrow.

So the gift consists of a Trump dick riders round, a 1968 50% silver anally toned quarter by yours truly and a dope hand poured pirate piece of silver made by Silver Lynx Bullion from twitter(X), I got some more pieces from him but you see those in a year or so when the silver que gets to them 🤣.

I like the idea. Everyone here has been so welcoming, and I love all the posts and engagement. I think once others get a taste of how awesome everyone is, they won't want to leave. 🙂

Oddly enough, I went down an "All about Hells Angels" rabbit hole online post a few months ago and know exactly what you're talking about, with "Prospects" hanging around months or even years before being allowed in, and only if at least two members nominate them.

Even if they're not getting an upvote from Precious, I'd be more than happy to throw in some Dhedge and HiQ votes, along with an Ecency boost and HSBI. I'm still new, but I can see why people new to Hive could get discouraged without engagement and support.

I really appreciate you and glad to have you join us, I just think that if we can scale this without it turning into shit it's a worth while endeavor, the more the merrier and we could do so much more if we have a larger community can get rounds made and all sort of cool stuff that is not economically feasible now, like a SGS round would be really cool but it's going to cost a pretty penny with our current numbers !BBH

I am a bit confused about what you are proposing and I'm unfamiliar with how the biker gangs do it other than having a "probation" period?

I'm all for solid recruitment and we have been very slow and steady for years - which has worked well to get us where we are today with a strong culture. In the past I've thrown out the odd encouragement vote to a promising non-member but I am reluctant (I think others are too) to throw the upvote carrot out there as a big incentive to become a member because it can attract the wrong crowd (vote seekers over genuine stackers).

I propose to make the get to know us stage a bit more official and give folks interested a title "SGS prospects", I think if we can convert those upvote seekers into stackers that's good for the community and precious metals, just a matter of making sure they actually legit, one idea I had is having them writing their username and date next to the metals. Also if we have a bunch of these prospects we can be extra choosy with official membership
