Flexed-up Monday : slow restart /Reblog lottery

Welcome To a Flexed-up Monday post, I am back on it feeling a lot better but this time I will try to remember I am an old timer now so this time around I did some stretching before doing my flexercise I also didn't push to how I figure slow and steady wins the race no sense in pushing so hard that you get injured and are out of the game, some lessons have to be learned the hard way, I am sure when you where younger you heard the old folks telling you to take care of your health and that it would catch up but I am pretty sure I am not the only one that didn't head their warning and had to learn the hard way, I guess such is life.

I will also be looking into a different protein supplement since what I got now was not labeled properly and to get that high protein intake you have to drink that nasty shit 4 times a day 🤣
