Hello, Internet people, I don't usually participate much in this kind of initiatives but one of the two 'questions of this week I really liked, so I decided to participate. Here is the link to the initiative in case you want to join:
Hola, gente de Internet, no suelo participar mucho en este tipo de iniciativas pero una de las dos ´preguntas de esta semana me gustó mucho, así que me animé a participar. A continuación les dejo el link a la iniciativa por si se quieren sumar:
This is the question of the week: When was the last time you actually got out for the day and enjoyed being with friends and doing something fun that you wanted to do?
La pregunta de esta semana es ¿Cuándo fue la última vez que saliste por el día y disfrutaste estar con amigos y hacer algo divertido que querías hacer?
The answer is very simple: the last time I went out and had fun with friends (and that remains in my memory) is the time I went out with my cousin's wife and her daughter (my little cousin) Juliette whom I introduced to you in a post.
La respuesta es muy sencilla: la última vez que salí y me divertí con amigos (y que queda en mi memoria) es la vez que salí con la esposa de mi primo y su hija (mi primita) Juliette a quien les presenté en un post.
That day we started in Teusaquillo (full of green areas) I fell in love with the architecture of some houses and precisely the amount of green areas. After that we went to the 7th avenue (where if I'm not mistaken most of the museums in Bogota are) (correct me if it's not so, I don't like to misinform hehe) because I had been wanting to visit the National Museum for days.
Ese día empezamos por Teusaquillo (repleto de áreas verdes) quedé enamorada de la arquitectura de algunas casas y precisamente de la cantidad de áreas verdes. Después de ahí fuimos a la avenida 7ma (dónde si no me equivoco está la mayoría de museos de Bogotá) (corríjanme si no es así, no me gusta mal informar jeje) ya que tenía días queriendo visitar el Museo Nacional.
The truth is that I had a lot of fun, there are all kinds of objects inside, from historical objects belonging to the colonial era, to famous for belonging to some kind of social event (some social outburst for example) to works of art (my favorite) as Botero's paintings.
La verdad me divertí mucho, hay todo tipo de objetos dentro, desde objetos históricos pertenecientes a la época de la colonia, hasta famosos por pertenecer a algún tipo de evento social (algún estallido social por ejemplo) hasta obras de arte (mis preferidas) como cuadros de Botero
When I took this picture I thought of my sister as she is acrophobic and literally this is a metal grill that overlooks the lower floor, although it is more distance than normal as the museum ceilings are quite high. Neicy, my cousin's wife, didn't want to take a picture like mine because she was afraid.
Cuando hice esta foto pensé en mi hermana ya que es acrofobia y literalmente esto es una rejilla de metal que tiene vista al piso inferior, aunque es más distancia de la normal ya que los techos del museo son bastante altos. Neicy, la esposa de mi primo, no quiso sacarse una foto igual a la mía por temor.
Then we went to the house to have lunch, take a bath and then continue the tour along the avenue to get to the most emblematic places and we took pictures of course.
Luego fuimos a la casa a almorzar bañarnos y luego seguir el tour por la avenida para llegar a los sitios más emblemáticos, y nos pusimos a sacarnos fotos claro está.
That day in the afternoon it rained a lot so we went into a pastry shop to have a coffee while waiting for our cab.
Ese día por la tarde llovió mucho, así que entramos a una pastelería a tomar un café mientras esperábamos nuestro taxi.
Then to top off the day, we went out for burgers close to home. It was a fun day.
Luego para culminar el día, fuimos a comer hamburguesas cerca de casa. Fue un día muy divertido.

The museum and the coffee shop looked like the best time, nice and quiet and a lot of memories there.
