Good afternoon my dear friends, special greetings to all the women who make life in the beautiful #ladiesofhive community; for this Community Contest #156 this week, our friend @joanstewart, brings us questions with great emotional meaning, I would like to focus on the second topic, and talk about hope, what it has been for my life to hold on to it and never lose it no matter how hard the situation is.
Enlighten us on something you do to create a safe, positive space around yourself, to boost the belief or conviction to always look for the cloud with a silver lining, even if it means starting again?
With the phrase "everything will be fine" and asking GOD to guide me in every moment, I start every day of my life, always being aware that there may be unfortunate events, because that is what living is all about, not only to expect the good, but also to be prepared as much as possible for complicated situations that may come in a normal day.
Personally, to keep the hope that everything is going to be all right, goes in my determination and love for what I do and how I do it, it is not just leaving it to luck, or to GOD to solve my life, of course always entrusting me to him, to guide me, I also ask him to give me the tools and wisdom necessary to make the most of my days, and to solve everything that may affect me, I believe that having love and spiritual faith feeds my heart with hope and positive energies; I also try to always see the good side of everything, even if everything is complicated, I believe that in every situation no matter how difficult it is, is composed of many factors and among them something positive to hold on to in order to get out of it, I do not know if I am wrong, but it is my way of seeing things, I feel better that way, than to let myself collapse and not find a way out.
In my work, which is where most complicated situations happen, is where I cling to the hope that each of these complications will be solved and from all of them we will have a lesson that will serve us to grow in knowledge and already have enough experience to face similar situations in the future, this is something that I usually transmit to my coworkers and more when they feel depressed, telling themselves that they can't go on any longer.

Buenas tardes mis queridos amigos, un saludo especial a todas las mujeres que hacen vida en la bella comunidad de #ladiesofhive; para este Concurso Comunitario #156 de esta semana, nuestra amiga @joanstewart, nos trae preguntas con un gran significado emocional, me gustaría enfocarme en el segundo tema, y hablar de la esperanza, lo que ha sido para mi vida aferrarme a ella y jamás perderla sin importar cuan dura sea la situación.
¿Ilumínanos sobre algo que haces para crear un espacio seguro y positivo a tu alrededor, para aumentar la creencia o convicción de buscar siempre la nube con un lado positivo, incluso si eso significa comenzar de nuevo?
Con frase “todo estará bien” y pidiéndole a DIOS que me guie en cada momento, empiezo cada día de mi vida, siempre siendo consciente de que pueden existir eventos desafortunados, porque de eso se trata vivir, no solo esperar lo bueno, si no también estar preparados lo más posible para situaciones complicadas que puedan llegar en un día normal.
En lo personal mantener la esperanza de que todo va a estar bien, va en mi determinación y en el amor a lo que hago y como lo hago, no es solo dejarlo a la suerte, o a que DIOS me resuelva la vida, claro siempre encomendándome a él, que me guie, también le pido que me de las herramientas y sabiduría necesaria para aprovechar al máximo mis días, y para solucionar todo aquello que me pueda afectar, creo que tener amor y fe espiritual alimenta mi corazón de esperanzas y energías positivas; además intento siempre verle el lado bueno a todo, así ese todo sea complicado, creo que en cada situación por muy difícil que sea, está compuesta por muchos factores y entre ellos algo positivo de donde aferrarnos para salir a flote, no sé si estoy errada, pero es mi manera de ver las cosas, me siento mejor así, que dejarme derrumbar y no encontrar una salida.
En mi trabajo que es donde más situaciones complicadas pasan, es donde más me aferro a la esperanza de que cada una de esas complicaciones serán solucionada y de todas ellas nos quedará una enseñanza que nos servirá para crecer en conocimiento y ya tener la experiencia suficiente para afrontar situaciones similares a futuro, esto es algo que suelo transmitir a mis compañeros de trabajo y más cuando se sienten abatidos, diciéndose a sí mismo que no pueden más.
