    Good afternoon my dear friends, a special greeting to all the enterprising women who make life in the beautiful community of #ladiesofhive; for this community contest #152 of this week, there is a question that our friend @irenenavarroart left us that I loved, that when I read it I saw myself a little reflected in it, since it is something that I have raised as a future project; an investment, a dream and a venture, something of my own in which I feel happy working.

Women are always creative and entrepreneurial.

If I gave you $5,000 on the condition that you make an investment, what would you invest the money in?

    A few years ago, when I was just starting my relationship with my boyfriend, there were conversations about entrepreneurship and business for the future, that goal to achieve and what we dream of having, in what to work on our own; and my big dream has always been to have a "Coffee shop", I love coffee and more when it is made with love, that only the aroma conveys the essence and feeling of the person who made it; Also not only coffee would be served, but also different desserts to go with it, just this year thanks to the fact that my salary has improved, I have been able to save to have a capital for when the time comes to retire and make that dream a reality; So when I say that I see myself reflected in this question, it is because it is something I have thought about, even I have been orienting myself in terms of expenses and legal forms that I must perform, taking into account that like any venture, in the beginning it would be something small, adjusted to a low budget, but with a broad concept, ie offer variety and quality, and then based on that to grow.

    Now going more to what I would do if you gave me $5,000, it is already evident that I would invest it in what I have always wanted to have, a "Coffee Shop", firstly, I would focus on finding a place to rent with option to buy, as conditioned as possible for what I want, in a commercial enough area, then I would process the registration of trade, under the concept and terms required for what I want to offer to the customer, already having the documents, I would continue with the legal bank account and depending on what is more feasible, I would request through the same bank financial instruments such as a point of sale and biopayment or I would buy them, when leaving all these procedures, which looks like a big expense, but in reality it is not, it does not exceed $1000, I would focus on making a small inventory and budget that encompasses everything I need for the coffee shop itself, without exceeding the money that I have available to invest; such as the espresso machine, refrigerator, exhibitor, tables, chairs, kitchen with oven and others, plus the raw material to start with, which would be coffee in small quantities, from different suppliers from different cities and why not countries, to offer a varied menu in coffee, "flavors and preparation", I would also need wheat flour and the different ingredients for the desserts that I want to offer as accompaniments for the coffee.

My friends this would be the venture where I would invest $5000, I would love to have my own coffee shop, something simple, but with all the intention to grow, to work what I have always dreamed of having, just as I love coffee with a good dessert, many more do too and would have a good place where I can offer them a varied menu of delicious coffee and desserts.

    Buenas tardes mis queridos amigos, un saludo especial a todas las mujeres emprendedoras que hacen vida en la bella comunidad de #ladiesofhive; para este concurso comunitario #152 de esta semana, hay una pregunta de las que nos deja nuestra amiga @irenenavarroart que me encanto, que al leerla me vi un poco reflejada en ella, ya que es algo que me he planteado como proyecto a futuro; una inversión, un sueño y un emprendimiento, algo propio en lo que me sienta feliz trabajando.

Las mujeres siempre son creativas y emprendedoras.

Si te diera 5.000 dólares con la condición de que hicieras una inversión, ¿en qué invertirías el dinero?

    Hace unos años atrás, cuando apenas estaba empezando mi relación sentimental con mi novio, salían conversaciones en cuanto a emprendimientos y negocios para el futuro, esa meta por alcanzar y eso con lo que soñamos tener, en lo que trabajar por cuenta propio; y mi gran sueño siempre ha sido tener una “Cafetería”, me encanta en café y más cuando lo hacen con amor, que solo el aroma transmite la esencia y el sentimiento de la persona de quien lo hizo; además no solo se serviría café, también distintos postres para acompañarlo, justo este año gracias a que mi salario mejoro, he podido ir ahorrando para tener un capital para cuando llegue el momento de retirarme y hacer de ese sueño una realidad; por eso cuando digo que me veo reflejada en esta pregunta, es porque es algo en lo que he pensado, hasta me he ido orientando en cuanto a gastos y formas legales que debo realizar, tomando en cuenta que como todo emprendimiento, en sus inicios sería algo pequeño, ajustado a un presupuesto bajo, pero con un concepto amplio, ósea ofrecer variedad y calidad, para que luego en base a eso ir creciendo.

    Ahora yéndome mas a que haría si me dieras $5,000, ya quedó evidenciado que los invertiría en lo que siempre he querido tener, una “Cafetería”, primeramente, me enfocaría en encontrar un local para alquilarlo con opción a compra, lo más acondicionado posible para lo que quiero, en una zona lo bastante comercial, luego tramitaría el registro de comercio, bajo el concepto y términos que se requiera para lo que quiero ofrecer al cliente, ya teniendo los documentos, sigo con la cuenta bancaria jurídica y dependiendo que sea más factible, solicitaría por el mismo banco instrumentos financiaros como un punto de venta y biopago o los compraría, al salir de todos estos trámites, que se ve como si fuera un gran gasto, pero en realidad no lo es, no supera los $1000, me enfocaría en hacer un pequeño inventario y presupuesto que englobe todo de lo que necesito para la cafetería en sí, sin superar el dinero que me está quedando disponible para invertír; como la máquina de expreso, nevera, exhibidor, mesas, sillas, cocina con horno y demás, más la materia prima para empezar, que sería café en pequeñas cantidades, de diversos proveedores de distintas ciudades y porque no países, para ofrecer un menú variado en café, “sabores y preparación”, también necesitaría harina de trigo y los distintos ingredientes para los postres que quiero ofrecer como acompañantes para el café.

Mis amigos este sería el emprendimiento en donde invertiría $5000, me encantaría tener mi propia cafetería, algo sencilla, pero con toda la intención de que crezca, trabajar de lo que siempre he soñado tener, así como yo amo el café con un buen postre, muchos más también lo hacen y tendrían un buen lugar donde les pueda ofrecer un menú variado de deliciosos café y postres.
