Seaweed Dim Sum For Intake Protein Daily

What do you think about healthy living? In my opinion, healthy living is about time management to contribute to yourself for balanced mental and body health. You have to knowing how hard it is for your body to bear of daily activity and this must be paid for with the need for food that is good for the body. In general, you have to balance macronutrient need such as carbohydrate, protein and fat, as well as sufficient micronutrients to maintain a healthy body so that it remain fit in carry out daily activity.

There are many way you can live a healthier life, as a diabetic, my body carbohydrate need must be reduce and I should start to focus on more protein, but fiber is also the most important for improve digestion. Lately, I have doing a lot of lifting exercise to gain muscle mass so that all the carbohydrate into my body can be easily store in the muscles instead of using the pancreas to secrete insulin.


I Need Snack High of Protein


That's why I eat more protein than carbohydrates, just imagine, I have to eat 400-500 grams of chicken breast per day and it's very disgusting. But, consistency is the key to achieving goals, you know what I do? Let me tell you something the key.

I make a lot of varied foods to process protein, such as the variety of foods I will make this time. I made dimsum from chicken breast and it was very delicious, in fact I could eat a lot of it and it could increase my daily protein intake.


Seaweed Dim Sum
The Recipe


This time, I made dimsum really very simply. Its so easy and cheap to try and recook, you cannot fail with this recipe but you have to know the step of recipe. But, I can tell you about the ingredients first.

Ingredients;

  • 500 gr chicken breast that has been ground with a chopper or anything else you have
  • 100 gr tapioca flour
  • 5 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp salt and mushroom stock
  • Seaweed as a coating base
  • Red pearl sago
  • Ketchup (compliment)

How to Make Seaweed Dim Sum;

  • First you must to puree the chicken breast use a chopper or blender, but first you have to cut it into small pieces to make it easier for your chopper blade not to work too hard. After that, set aside in a large bowl.

  • Take 100 grams of tapioca flour and then put it in a bowl containing the chicken, then add the other ingredients except seaweed, sago pearls and ketchup.

  • Take a piece of seaweed, then fill it with mixed dim sum ingredients, then heat the steamer to make it cooked, add sago pearls on top.

  • Steam for 20-25 minutes so that they are perfectly cooked, you can set aside the remaining dim sum to be in the freezer and re-steam if you want. Top with ketchup or hot chili sauce. Seaweed dimsum is ready to be served.
