My Management for High Cortisol Hormone

Several Stress Factors:
There can be many factors that can be source of stress and this stress causes high release of Cortisol from Andrenal Gland. As a result, there is a high consumption of glucose by brain cells due to their high activities. The stress factors can be livelihood, relationship, break up, exam, obesity and financial that are disturbing your brain. Recently, there are following three factors that have severely affected my brain health.

Break Up Stress:
One of the biggest factor that disturbed my life for a long time is break up. My all normal routine changed and I was feeling a Psychological patient. This stress is devastating for anyone.

When you are disturbed your normal routine changed a lot. Same happened with me. Being a disturbed person, I was unable to control on my diet. This blind feeding resulted in an immense body weight and belly protrusion outside. Once I was a smart boy then a changed into chubby one.

Exam Stress
After my graduation I applied for different Scholarships. I have seen different Scholarships need different requirements. Some needed IELTS and Some needed TOFEL. I applied in IELTS. It is my second month in its preparation. Still, it looked I have zero knowledge and it is not enough to pass IELTS exams. This stress is increasing day by day. The stress for exams is really panicked.

My management in my life to overcome on stress nowadays:
Different people takes different measurements to overcome on stress. I 'm the person who is taking some measurements and directions given by my Hive Pakistani friends to minimize my stress level. These measurements are very effective and I 'm busy in enjoying my life instead of taking stress. I 'm feeling successful because my life is working now as I want. I have managed my routine in following schedule hence I 'm not feeling any stress nowadays.
Daily Walk:
In the morning, I woke up early. This is my habit from my childhood. We have a beautiful garden. This place is fantastic for the morning walk. After woke up, I like to take morning walk. This walk brings surplus amount fresh air and signing of hummingbirds.

Weekly Planing for a Food Point:
I don't like to take lunch as already I 'm feeling obesity. Moreover, I happily visit a Food point for outing and enjoyment of delicious and tasty food. Lahore is hub having Food streets, Pizza points and Malls. These all places have wonderful food stalls with wonderful food Taste.
Yesterday, I visited Pizza Hut. I enjoyed my stay there. I ordered Chiken Fajita Pizza with a 1/2 Liter Cold drink. My order was delivered to me after fifteen minutes. I enjoyed eating delicious Pizza and selfie there.

Daily Reading:
I have different books in my house. Once these books were read by my parents and their parents. Now, I 'm the person who love to complete all these books one by one. Recently, I have finished Very Easy English Grammar, oxford Concise Dictionary, آب حیات and دیار دِل. After taking a good routine, I 'm happy to finish reading of these books.

Conclusion:
Before above routine, I was disturbed daily. There was a daily fight with life. I was just spending my days of life and killing times. My life was dull and depressed at that time.
After taking above routine, I 'm busy and I didn't have time for stress. Yes, I have successfully controlled my stress level and have normal cortisol level. Although, it was tough and looked impossible to adopt above routine but I did it successfully for me.
