Β Β Β I didn't plan for this at all, but it just so happens there were two silver birthdays this week, a 70+ and an 80+ year old birthday, hence the title of the post. Life is a beautiful thing, and the other underserved posts in this week's curation seem to follow that theme as well. In Cambodia one of our ASEAN Hivers tasted some village food at a local's place, but wasn't impressed.
Β Β Β In Indonesia we were treated to the beauty of nature by one of our best photographers. Each week I am glad to present you all underserved posts. Several days ago I noticed that we were the 20th ranked community on the Hive blockchain, not bad for a grassroots community without whale support. You all are what make this whole ASEAN Hive thing possible, and I can't thank you enough.
My Grandfather's 82nd Birthday Celebration
by: @photohunter01(α΄xα΄α΄Κα΄α΄) It was an enjoyable birthday celebration yesterday when My Grandfather celebrated his 82nd Birthday. Some of our relatives and few of his friends was also their joining the celebration. It is already traditional to us here to cook any kind of foods for the Birthday, that is why for us the birthday wont be complete without it. It was also a kind of double celebration because his Grandchildren and also our cousin celebrated his 20th birthday.
Beautiful Atmosphere and Some Plant Pictures

My feeling is to go to a place and there has extraordinary beauty and provides quite beautiful seats under the trees. It is also crowded with people in the afternoon to relax while enjoying the atmosphere and order drinks.
A Wonderful Previous Short Trip with My Beloved Community!

As I sit on the bench with a bottle of soy milk I just bought from one grandma, I know it is a perfect time to start my writing to you all. I know my active on Hive isn't that stable as before and this isn't an excuse but lately I have a trouble with my sleeping, not only me some of my family members as well. As I stay at home, I miss myself having a long trip at several province, I miss an amazing temple and the smell of unfamiliar natural along the forest and waterfall.
Wednesdaywalk A special day for a Septuagenarianβ₯οΈ that Makemesmile
by: @aideleijoie(α΄xα΄α΄Κα΄α΄) It all came as a surprise because my sister-in-law who lives in the States came home surprising us all. She went home last 2019 just before the world stood still. We had no idea that she will come home. Nanay was so happy seeing her one and only daughter, her eldest. Nanay has five children and four of them are boys. Anyways, so just a few days after Mother's Day we celebrated Nanay's 74th birthday. Of course, we celebrated it at our favorite place, the Paper Tree resort.

Of course not, there is no question of leaving any post or being behind hee hee. The view of the food on the short trip makes me really greedy, the view of great taste.
Yes, haha, I agree. There is some tasty food in Cambodia, but pork is very common. There is actually a Muslim minority here, the Cham people, and although I don't believe government information, I think they must be at least 5% to 10% of the country. Their food is a bit different because they have Malay roots, rotis can even be found in some places.

A bit of a silver birthday coincidence I guess, haha. I was surprised to see us in the #20 spot, I think it's the highest we've ever been. Usually we are between #22 and #34, and I'm quite happy with that too considering we don't have the funds or HP of the larger communities and curation accounts.
