Greetings ASEAN Hivers, @JustinParke here with another ASEAN Hive VIP Delegator Raffle post, where I announce the winners and do a bit of rambling.

July 1st, 2021This week has seen some delegation increases and delegation losses, but the upward trend continues, and it's also nice to see the price of HIVE recovering a bit, and with that our voting power increases too. @luueetang upped his delegation to a whopping 920 HP, making his odds so good he won this week's Silver Raffle, which is icing on the cake, because he was also featured as ASEAN HIVER OF THE WEEK yesterday.
@rosmadirazali increased his delegation a wee bit too, and climbed up the Silver VIP ladder in the process. @straykat bumped her delegation up generously to 250 HP, and exponentially increased her odds in the process. We also unfortunately lost a delegation from purepinay this week. She hasn't been very active on Hive lately, nor has her HiveCebuBloggers project, so perhaps it's in preparation for a Hive exit, not really sure.
Either way, we continue the upward trend, slow and steady is the way. I thank you all for you being supporters of the friendliest community on Hive.

How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works
Every raffle I tally the total HP delegated to the @asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you ASEAN Hivers (excluding [me] @justinparke, @kidsisters, & @sreypov), with a minimum delegation of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP 🥉 BRONZE Raffle.
There are four separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and fairer.
This week's total effective HP is 81,133, and total delegated HP is 76,707 HP (51,730 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP), so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
The more you delegate, the greater your chances are to win, and this weekly raffle is just a fun way to reward supporters of Southeast Asian content on Hive.
