Hola amantes de la cocina, hoy quisiera compartir con ustedes un plato que preparé con la ayuda de mi mamá, ya que ella es la especialista. Este fin de semana cuando estuve por allá preparamos un pescado asado con jamón y queso, ya saben que a ella le gusta estar inventado y variando, dice que para que no se aburran de su sazón jjjj. En fin preparamos los pescados y les quiero enseñar como lo hicimos para sí quieren probar.

Hello cooking lovers, today I would like to share with you a dish that I prepared with the help of my mom, since she is the specialist. This weekend when I was over there we prepared a grilled fish with ham and cheese, you know that she likes to be inventing and varying, she says that so you don't get bored of her seasoning jjjj. Anyway we prepared the fish and I want to show you how we did it if you want to try it.



✅Ingredientes:
Una libra de filete de pescado
Limón al gusto
Queso
Jamón o salchicha
Ajo en polvo
Comino
Pimienta

✅Ingredients:
One pound of fish fillet
Lemon to taste
Cheese
Ham or sausage
Garlic powder
Cumin
Pepper

Lo primero que hicimos fue adobar los pescados con un poquito de limón, sal al gusto, ajo en polvo, comino y pimienta y dejarlo reposar por unos minutos.

The first thing we did was to marinate the fish with a little lemon juice, salt to taste, garlic powder, cumin and pepper and let it rest for a few minutes.

En tanto esperamos podemos ir picando el queso y las salchichas en mi caso de la forma más fina posible en lascas lo más delgadas posible. Yo utilicé salchichas que era lo que tenía en esos momentos, pero pueden usar lascas de jamón igual y queda mucho más rico.

While we wait we can chop the cheese and sausages in my case as finely as possible in the thinnest possible slices. I used sausage, which was what I had at the time, but you can use ham slices just the same and it is much tastier.

Luego se ponen en la bandeja para hornear todos los filetes y se meten al horno por aproximadamente 20 minutos, yo los iba revisando hasta que no les quedara agua en la bandeja, es decir hay que dejarlos secar por completo y que empiecen a dorar. En este paso es importante ir revisando si quiere no espere los 20 minutos no sea que se pasen, pues depende de la temperatura qué llegue a alcanzar su horno.

Then put all the fillets on the baking sheet and put them in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, I was checking them until there was no water left in the tray, that is to say, let them dry completely and start to brown. In this step it is important to check if you do not want to wait the 20 minutes, because it depends on the temperature of your oven.

En ese punto empezamos a incorporar el queso primero de forma tal que cubra todo el pescado y seguidamente poner las lascas de salchichas encima. Meter al horno por unos minutos más hasta que el queso gratine bien, y ya está listo para disfrutar nuestro pescado asado con jamón y queso. Es una receta bien sencilla y deliciosa.

At this point we begin to add the cheese first so that it covers all the fish and then put the sausage slices on top. Put in the oven for a few more minutes until the cheese gratinates well, and it is ready to enjoy our grilled fish with ham and cheese. It is a very simple and delicious recipe.
