Hi, it is nice to be back again to announce the winner of the Top Contributor contest for week 36. I must say that I am happy to see a surge of a new posters to the community, and I have notice there has been some new account in the community, which is very nice.

BUT, I don't want to accuse anyone for anything, they time the new account created was very close and that raising my eyebrows and also raising a little suspicions, evenmore after a few members got downvoted by the adm account which belong to the hivewatchers team.

Once again I would like to remind you, please kindly play by the book so that you all will be safe, and everything that you do on the blockchain and on hive will not be wasted, you all will also give a good impression to the community.
