Each week is an interesting opportunity to show the different mechanisms or strategies to win and one of them is speed. Having a difference in speed is usually an important factor for victory since the difference in speed between the cards is even greater, it is more common for your card to dodge attacks.

However, magical attacks cannot be dodged but if one of your cards has the PHASE ability, this ability allows you to dodge those attacks and if by having a card that dodged magical, melee and ranged attacks you have a cocktail served for victory.

Below I will present an extreme example of this.

BATTLE CONDITIONS

The battle conditions that were presented to us were ideal to show the potential of the strategy of dodging attacks since the BORN AGAIN ability allows all cards to revive once each turn and this boosted my DJINN OSHANNUS who when he died My VENARI MARKSRAT made his MARTYR ability increase the speed of my DJINN OSHANNUS, increasing the possibility of him being able to dodge ranged and melee attacks due to his speed and magical attacks due to his ability. PHASE.

The battle condition, KEEP YOUR DISTANCE, does not allow the use of cards with melee attacks, which somewhat restricts the alignment to be used, although in my case it will not be transcendental since my alignment is of the magic attack type.

Additionally, all cards will have the KNOCK OUT ability, which allows double damage to cards that have the STUN ability applied to them, but I will not use this type of card in this case, although it could affect me if my opponent uses this strategy.

We can use up to 32 mana which is an average amount that will allow us to make a good alignment, and we can use all colors except green, so it is one less worry as it is not possible for the opponent to summon. QUORA TOWERSHEAD so it's one less worry.

My Team

ALRIC STORMBRINGER

This is one of the summoners that I use the most but I haven't been able to buy it yet, it is very important since this summoner allows me to increase my magical attack by +1, thus allowing me to eliminate my opponent faster.

But even more important or at least as important, being level 3, it will activate the PHASE ability in my DJINN OSHANNUS, thus increasing the chances of winning by being able to dodge magical attacks, reducing the damage received by not being able to my opponent. hit all the attacks.

VENARI MARKSRAT

This card will be one of the keys to victory since it will protect my DJINN OSHANNUS from the first attacks and when he dies from his MARTYR ability he will increase his speed in addition to his other statistics, which will allow him to dodge all kinds of attacks, this will be one of the keys to my victory

DJINN OSHANNUS

This card will be my invincible tank as it has a great life of 10 and is very difficult for my enemy's attacks to hit, its great speed of 5, which rises to 7 makes it very difficult to hit ranged attacks, and its ability to PHASE allows you to dodge magical attacks. In addition, it also has the VOID ability which allows it to reduce the damage by half rounded up from magical attacks, making it even more unbeatable.

ANASTH SOOTHSAYER

This is a card that is almost never out of my lineups and provides even more resistance by allowing my DJINN OSHANNUS to regenerate, in addition to its CLEANSE ability, it will remove the AFFLICTION ability from my tank, which could prevent me from regenerating tank thus ensuring that it always regenerates so the only way to prevent it will be by eliminating my ANASTH SOOTHSAYER.

VENARI WAVESMITH

This card will make its contribution by placing a +2 shield on all cards, protecting them from at least 1 attack at the distance of my enemy, thus prolonging their life and resistance.

CAPTAIN´S GHOST

This card will contribute with its great life of 7, it will be able to resist several attacks from SNEAK cards, it will also contribute to eliminating my enemy due to its attack of 2 which with the summoner becomes 3 magic attack.

Additionally, the AFFLICTION skill will allow me to prevent my enemy from regenerating his tank.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE BATTLE

RONDA 1 and 2

In round 1 he attacked with all my cards and left his DJINN OSHANNUS at 4 life.

My opponent manages to eliminate my VENARI MARKSRAT but when he dies from his MARTYR ability he manages to increase all the statistics of my DJINN OSHANNUS by reviving due to the active combat rule. My VENARI MARKSRAT, is regenerated by my ANASTH SOOTHSAYER, allowing me to resist the attack of his ICE PIXIE, this forces my opponent to attack him with his NERISSA TRIDAWN, to eliminate again to my VENARI MARKSRAT, protecting my tank from this potential 4 damage from this card, however when he dies from his MARTYR ability, he raises all the statistics of my *DJINN OSHANNUS again * making it so fast that the possibility of it being able to dodge all or most of the attacks is very high, in addition to having a lot of life it resists more and in addition to having 5 magic attack it will allow me to eliminate my opponent faster.

My enemy attacks with the 3 remaining cards and only hits with his VENARI WAVESMITH and dodges two attacks, leaving him at 12 life.

In round 2 I attack his DJINN OSHANNUS with my DJINN OSHANNUS and my ANASTH SOOTHSAYER which eliminates him, he revives and is eliminated by my VENARI WAVESMITH.

Then my CAPTAIN'S GHOST manages to attack his NERISSA TRIDAWN and leaves her at 6 life.

My enemy attacks with all his cards but my DJINN OSHANNUS manages to dodge 4 of 6 attacks, hitting only the attacks of his DJINN OSHANNUS and his NERISSA TRIDAWN, but like my ANASTH SOOTHSAYER regenerates my tank, it remains at 11 health.

RONDA 3 and 4

In round 3 I manage to eliminate his NERISSA TRIDAWN by attacking him with my DJINN OSHANNUS and my ANASTH SOOTHSAYER this regenerates and is finally eliminated by my CAPTAIN'S GHOST.

My VENARI WAVESMITH attacks and eliminates his ICE PIXIE once, which he revives.

My enemy attacks with all the cards and only hits his VENARI WAVESMITH and leaves him with 12 life since he is regenerated by my ** ANASTH SOOTHSAYER **.

In round 4 I manage to eliminate ICE PIXIE, then I attack his ENCHANTED PIXIE and eliminate him twice with my ANASTH SOOTHSAYER and my VENARI WAVESMITH, and I manage to eliminate him once but he regenerates his VENARI WAVESMITH for my CAPTAIN'S GHOST.

My enemy only manages to attack with his HALFLING ALCHEMIST but misses his attack since in this round he manages to eliminate 3 of his cards.

RONDA 5

In round 5 I manage to eliminate my enemy without these 2 cards being able to attack a single time.

LAST CONCLUSIONS

The key to victory is mainly my tank DJINN OSHANNUS which, having a high speed of 5 and its PHASE ability, allowed me to dodge ranged and magical attacks in this way, added to my VENARI MARKSRAT He was eliminated 2 times. This raised all of my tank's statistics, increasing its speed, which in this case was the most fundamental thing that led to my victory since my tank managed to dodge more than half of the attacks.

In addition, my ANASTH SOOTHSAYER regenerated my tank and the summoner, being level 3, managed to unlock the PHASE ability, which was fundamental to achieving victory and the increase in magical attack contributed to the victory
