Caracas has many historical sites that years of bad administration and economic crisis have deteriorated these places.

However, the mayor of Caracas has tried, at least in the capital, to make some improvements and modernize while preserving the historical structure of those historic places.

This building is in PLAZA CARACAS, located in the center of the city of Caracas near the center of power in the capital.

Here you can see how lighting has been placed in this historic building built by PERES JIMENES, being one of the most resistant buildings even to earthquakes, with many of the infrastructures that are still built by this president who, even when he was a dictator, many Venezuelans loved him. They consider a good president who managed to build many of the best roads, viaducts, modernizing Venezuela and the best example are these buildings that have even survived earthquakes in Caracas.
