COFFEE CONTEST: 3 postcards to celebrate Int’l Coffee Day ☕

Greetings friends, today I am joining the COFFEE CONTEST: In Celebration of International Coffee Day.

I will answer Option 1,
International Coffee Day Postcard:
Show us three personal photographs that represent the ways in which coffee impacts and inspires you. With each photo, write a short postcard-style note to someone you've bonded with over coffee.

Here are my three postcards that reflect the ways in which coffee has been present in my life, filling my days and those of my loved ones with joy:

This image reminds me of my mother, she is simply happy harvesting her three coffee plants that she planted in her house. Sharing with her this transcendental moment has been very meaningful, this has been a pleasant experience where we have all learned the process of elaborating coffee, from its sowing to the preparation of the cup of coffee. To think that in a few simple coffee beans is the essence of happiness.

I observe this image and the phrase that I would write to my mother on this postcard would be:

"Coffee: essence that embraces the soul. Thank you for existing."

My second postcard would be for me love, I wrote this sentence when I saw a mug that my boyfriend gave me and it made me think that in a cup of coffee the most beautiful feelings are expressed. I would add this note:

"Thank you for filling my days with immense happiness. I love you" 💓

The same happiness that invades me when I drink my daily cup of coffee in the morning or in the afternoon snack, there is always an excuse to enjoy that unique moment that touches our soul.

The third postcard reminds me of my ancestors, that's why I wanted to express with this photo a deep recognition of affection and love towards them. My mother, when she was young, lived in the countryside and she tells us that at that time it was common to drink coffee in a mini totuma, which is a small container or cup made from the fruit of the totumo or jicaro tree (Crescentia cujete).

Thus the men of the plains carried their totumita in their pants pocket, when they arrived at a house in the vicinity of the plains and were offered coffee they kindly took out their small totuma to be filled with this exquisite beverage. Don't you think it's practical? 😄

We often see beautiful cups of coffee, in different sizes, shapes and colors. We have even been able to drink it in plastic containers with the same charm that encourages us all. If we analyze it we realize that the cup is not important, the real essence is in the coffee. That is why to this postcard I would write the following:

"It's not the cup that matters, but what's inside."

I wish that coffee continues to impregnate your life with the best aroma and the best flavor. A hug to all. 🤗☕

El café, es esencial o ingrediente para empezar el día, su aroma y sabor es lo mejor, me encanta mi taza de café, me imagino su mamá viva feliz arreglando las plantas.

Hello @petrica33 , only messages in English are allowed here.

Coffee is so essential that when we lack it, its absence is noticeable. My mom loves her plants, having coffee plants was her dream. Thanks for the visit. 🤗☕
