In the context of the above study it is evident that leadership was a contested phenomenon in the village of Eldoria which held a leadership competition every ten years to determine the next chief. The candidates the most wise and brave, have to go through the number of challenges that putting to the test intellect, the physically strength and the empathy. There were Lyra one of the main characters powerful with her bear heart and her mind as a sword. The character also managed to outcompete her rivals in terms of intellect, battle readiness, and also sensitivity to the villagers’ plight. On counting of the last votes, Lyra was declared as the winner. She started a culture of development and unity which successive generations carried on well into Eldoria.
